摘要: A display device includes: a display panel; a scan driver to provide scan signals to scan lines; an emission driver to provide emission control signals to emission control lines; and a readout circuit to receive a sensing signal from a readout line. The display panel includes: a first pixel in a first row, and connected to a first sub-scan line from among the scan lines, and a first emission control line; a first photo sensor in the first row, and connected to the first sub-scan line, a reset control line, and the readout line; a second pixel in a second row, and connected to a second sub-scan line from among the scan lines, and a second emission control line; and a second photo sensor in the second row, and connected to the second sub-scan line, a third emission control line, and the readout line.

摘要: A display device includes a light sensing array layer (LSAL), a substrate, a selective light transmission layer (SLTL), a pixel circuit layer (PCL), a display element layer (DEL), and pixels. The LSAL includes an optical sensor to sense incident light. The substrate is on the LSAL and includes a display area (DA) including pixel areas (PAs), and a non-DA adjacent to the DA. The SLTL is disposed on the substrate and includes through-holes to form a path of light onto the optical sensor, and a light-blocking conductive pattern (LBCP) between the through-holes. The PCL is disposed on the SLTL and includes a conductive layer and an insulation layer. The DEL is disposed on the PCL and emits light. Each pixel includes a pixel circuit disposed on the PCL, and a light emitting element on the DEL in a corresponding pixel area. The LBCP is electrically connected to the conductive layer.

摘要: A touch sensor includes: a substrate that includes active and non-active regions; driving cells disposed on the active region that extend in a first direction; sensing cells disposed on the active region that extend in a second direction that intersects the first direction; a first connection pattern that connects adjacent driving cells; a second connection pattern that connects adjacent sensing cells; and a touch driver disposed on the non-active region that includes thin film transistors that transmit a driving signal to each of the driving cells. The thin film transistor includes: a semiconductor layer; a gate electrode disposed on the semiconductor layer with a first insulating layer interposed therebetween; and source and drain electrodes connected to the semiconductor layer and spaced apart from each other. The first connection pattern is disposed in the same layer as at least one of the source or drain electrodes or the gate electrode.

摘要: According to an aspect of the invention, a fingerprint sensor for a display device includes: a substrate having first and second surfaces; a light transmission layer including a first layer disposed on the first surface of the substrate and having first openings in at least one first conductive layer, and a second layer disposed on the first surface of the substrate and having second openings in at least one second conductive layer; a light emitting element layer disposed on the first layer and the second layer and having at least one light emitting element; and a sensor layer disposed on the second surface of the substrate and having light sensors, where at least a portion of the first openings and at least a portion of the second openings at least partially overlap and have different sizes.
