    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a stacked structure disposed on a substrate. The stacked structure includes a plurality of insulation layers and a plurality of electrode layers alternately stacked in a third direction intersecting with first and second directions. A plurality of channel structures extends through the stacked structure in the third direction. A first wiring group includes a plurality of first horizontal wirings disposed on the stacked structure that are arranged in the first direction and extends in the second direction. A second wiring group includes a plurality of second horizontal wirings disposed on the stacked structure that are arranged in the first direction and extends in the second direction. Each of the plurality of first and second horizontal wirings are connected to corresponding one of the plurality of channel structures. A first line identifier is disposed between the first wiring group and the second wiring group.

    Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes: a communication interface; a memory configured to store a first artificial intelligence model for predicting whether refrigerant leaks from an air conditioner and at least one instruction; and a processor. The processor is configured to, by executing at least one instruction, receive, first operation history information and device information of the air conditioner, determine whether to convert the first operation history information into second operation history information based on the device information and temperature information of a region in proximity to the air conditioner, predict whether the refrigerant leaks from the air conditioner by inputting either the first operation history information or the second operation history information into the first artificial intelligence model based on a result of the determination, and provide prediction information on the refrigerant leakage based on a result of the prediction of whether the refrigerant leaks from the air conditioner.
