    摘要: An apparatus for supplying synthetic resins applicable to a metal mold wheel that rotates at a high speed. A cutter of a cutter unit and a holding fitting are attached to an air cylinder, so that the cutter unit can be advanced and retreated in the radial direction of rotation. When the molten resin is stably blown out from an extrusion nozzle, the air cylinder is expanded to move the cutter to an advanced position to cut the molten resin. When the molten resin is unstably blown out from the extruder, the air cylinder is contracted and the cutter is arranged at a retreated position so will not to come in contact with the molten resin. Despite the cutter wheel continues to rotate, the molten resin is not contacted by the cutters.

    摘要: Binoculars which include a pair of observation optical systems each having an objective optical system, an erecting optical system and an eyepiece optical system. The binoculars include a focusing mechanism that is used to move a part of the observation optical system for focusing, and a convergence value compensating mechanism that compensates for a convergence value by displacing displaceable optical elements which are at least parts of the objective optical systems, respectively, in association with actuation of the focusing mechanism. In this structure, a distance between optical axes of the eyepiece optical systems is adjustable in line with a width between eyes of a user. A maximum value of a distance between optical axes of the displaceable optical elements is smaller than a minimum value of the distance between the optical axes of the eyepiece optical systems.

    摘要: The binoculars include a pair of displaceable optical elements, which are at least parts of objective optical systems, respectively, a focusing mechanism used to move the displaceable optical elements for focusing, a pair of guide rails that guide the displaceable optical elements, respectively, when they are moved. The pair of guide rails have inclined portions, at least parts thereof, which incline with respect to the optical axes of the objective optical systems, respectively. A pair of engagement portions are formed on a pair of frames of the displaceable optical elements, respectively. The engagement portions are engaged with the guide rails, respectively. When the displaceable optical elements are moved for focusing with the pair of engagement portions being engaged with the inclined portions of the pair of guide rails, respectively, a distance between the optical axes of the pair of displaceable optical elements changes, thereby a convergence value being compensated.

    摘要: When compression molding is performed continuously, lumps of molten synthetic resin (drops), which are supplied by extrusion, are continuously, accurately, and rapidly inserted into plurality of compression molding dies which are rotatingly movable. A method and device for continuously supplying drops into female moldings which are rotatingly movable for manufacturing moldings, wherein synthetic resin in molten condition extruded from an extrusion opening is cut by a cutter attached to a holding mechanism to form the molten resin into drops in a determined quantity, the drops are held and conveyed by the holding mechanism, and the drops are forcibly inserted and supplied into the concaves of the female moldings. At that time the holding mechanism on the rotary-and movable type drop supply is made to approach the rotating molding die and the rotation path of the holding mechanism is made to overlap with that of the molding die within a determined area to make the movement of the holding mechanisms follow that of the molding die.

    摘要: The polar-axis telescope has an objective lens, a focal plate, an eyepiece, a zoom optical system, and a zoom optical system driver. The objective lens forms an object image, and the focal plate is arranged on a focal plane of the objective lens. The eyepiece is arranged backward of the focal plate and forms an observed image. The zoom optical system is arranged between the objective lens and the eyepiece. The zoom optical system makes the observed image appear gradually bigger while maintaining an in-focus situation. The zoom optical system driver shifts the zoom optical system along a polar-axis, corresponding to an optical axis of the polar-axis telescope, so as to change a magnification.

    摘要: When compression molding is performed continuously, lumps of molten synthetic resin (drops), which are supplied by extrusion, are continuously, accurately, and rapidly inserted into plurality of compression molding dies which are rotatingly movable. A method and device for continuously supplying drops into female moldings which are rotatingly movable for manufacturing moldings, wherein synthetic resin in molten condition extruded from an extrusion opening is cut by a cutter attached to a holding mechanism to form the molten resin into drops in a determined quantity, the drops are held and conveyed by the holding mechanism, and the drops are forcibly inserted and supplied into the concaves of the female moldings. At that time the holding mechanism on the rotary-and movable type drop supply is made to approach the rotating molding die and the rotation path of the holding mechanism is made to overlap with that of the molding die within a determined area to make the movement of the holding mechanisms follow that of the molding die.
