    摘要: An apparatus comprises:

    at least one mould for forming an object from a dose of polymeric material;
    a conveying device having a central support rotatable about a first axis the conveying device comprising at least one conveying element movable along a first closed path for collecting the dose and subsequently releasing the dose in the mould;
    a removing device having a central body rotatable about a second axis, the removing device comprising at least one removing element movable along a second closed path for conveying the object away from the mould.

    The first axis is distinct from the second axis and at least one point exists at which one path selected from between the first closed path and the second closed path overlaps another path selected from between the second closed path and the first closed path.

    摘要: A spreader roll for a distributing device for granular material or fibers, the spreader roll having a load-bearing cylindrical core, and being rotatably mountable to a frame of the distributing device. At least part of the outer circumference of the core is provided with a plastics trimming fitted with bristles and/or pins, the plastics trimming being tubular and being non-destructively detachably mounted to the core and secured against rotation.

    摘要: A method for producing an object made of a polymeric material, said polymeric material having a melting temperature (TF), comprises the steps of: melting the polymeric material; after the step of melting, cooling the polymeric material below the melting temperature (TF) in a cooling zone; severing a dose from a flow of polymeric material coming from the cooling zone by means of a severing element (5); obtaining said object by shaping the dose between a male forming element and a female forming element (10) which move towards one another with a mutual movement speed, the dose having a temperature lower than said melting temperature (TF). Between a start-of-forming configuration, in which the dose is in contact with both the male forming element and the female forming element (10), and a start-of-deceleration configuration, in which the male forming element and the female forming element (10) begin to decelerate relative to one another, the mutual movement speed is greater than 10 mm/s.

    摘要: A powdery-material feeding device includes a controller configured to selectively conduct constantly keeping-control of constantly keeping rotational speed of a motor, current or voltage applied to the motor without any change as a manipulated variable for a predetermined period, or feedback-control of repetitively obtaining a difference between a discharge flow rate of the powdery material and a target value thereof at predetermined cycles and adjusting by increasing or decreasing the manipulated variable at each of the predetermined cycles in order to reduce the difference, the controller conducts the constantly keeping-control immediately after a motor starts, shifts to the feedback-control when the difference between the discharge flow rate of the powdery material and the target value thereof has an absolute value less than a threshold after the period for the constantly keeping-control elapses, and conducts constantly keeping-control without shifting to the feedback-control when the absolute value of the difference between the discharge flow rate of the powdery material and the target value thereof is more than the threshold after the period for the constantly keeping-control elapses, and the manipulated variable during the repeated constantly keeping-control is changed in accordance with the difference between the discharge flow rate of the powdery material and the target value thereof after elapse of the period for latest constantly keeping-control.
