摘要： A system, method and computer readable medium for mapping print stream data for printing on business forms or mailers is disclosed. The method on a computer system includes the definition of a source template and a target template. A source template defines the content and zones of a source document. A source document is a document containing financial or account information. A target template defines the content and zones of a target document. A target document is the document that is printed onto a business form or mailer. The print stream data is received and, using the source template, the print stream data is parsed and content is extracted. Then, the extracted content is placed in zones in the target template to produce a target document, which is printed onto a business form or mailer. The target document can be sent to an output destination including a printer or other application.

摘要： A mailer blank, which may be configured for subsequent printing and folding processes, includes a transparent sheet and an attached opaque layer, both of which extend between longitudinal and transverse edges. An aperture is formed within the opaque layer. In a first version, the mailer blank also includes a second opaque layer, having an aperture aligned with the aperture of the first opaque layer, similarly extending between the longitudinal and transverse edges. Both the first and second layers are paper, adhesively attached to opposite sides of the transparent layer. In a second version, the opaque layer is a ultra-violet ink coating. In a third version, a paper layer is attached to one side of the transparent sheet, with a pocket being formed between one of the paper layers and the sheet for use as a return envelope. In a fourth version, a two-ply laminated mailer provides a removable ID card formed in the transparent layer which becomes the inside of the envelope when the mailer is folded along a predetermined fold line and sealed at its edges.

摘要： A multi-part, partially pre-printed form useful as an airbill has address information printed thereon by a non-impact printer. The form includes top and bottom transparent plastic sheets affixed together by an adhesive having three panels defined by perforation cuts through the top sheet and die cuts through the bottom sheet. The adhesive facing side of one of the sheets is preprinted with information appearing on each panel. In addition, a background opaque color is printed over the information on two outer panels, leaving the center panel transparent. The information pre-printed on the opaque panels having is in a mirror image format relative to the information pre-printed on the transparent panel. The address is printed on the outward side of the bottom sheet such that the address printed on the transparent panel is a mirror image relative to the information on outer panels. A four part form is also disclosed.

摘要： A system and method for printing in a secure environment is disclosed. The method on a computer system includes receiving print stream data by a first module, wherein the first module includes a first set of permissions that are not compatible with permissions of an output destination driver. Then, the first module sends the print stream data to a second module, wherein the second module includes a second set of permissions that are compatible with the permissions of the output destination driver. Subsequently, the second module modifies the print stream data to conform to a template. Lastly, the second module sends the print stream data to the output destination via the output destination driver.

摘要： Forms, such as mailing forms, constructed as a single sheet or multiple sheets of standard paper size, which are printable by a single pass through a standard non-impact printer are described. Certain variations of the forms can be configured to be extendible to provide additional surface area for the form exceeding standard paper size. The extendible form can be adapted for use with mailing forms such as multi-part collated unit sets. The forms can be useful for providing a Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note having each part thereof printable by a single pass through a non-impact printer.
