Abstract: A foldable vertical stepping exercise machine allows a user to perform exercise through vertical stepping motions. The exercise device includes a base assembly having an upper portion and a lower portion such that the lower portion rests on a support surface. The exercise device includes a stepping assembly having a pair of foot rests and a pulley mechanism attached to the upper portion of the base assembly. The pulley mechanism connects to the pair of foot rests such that the pair of foot rests slides up and down a vertical length of the exercise device. The exercise device includes a connector assembly slidably attaching the pair of foot rests to the upper portion of the base assembly so that the pair of foot rests move alternately up and down the vertical length of the exercise device while the user performs the stepping exercise.

Abstract: A foldable portable exercise machine allowing a user to perform exercise while sitting on a chair/sofa, or lying on their back on the floor. The exercise machine is portable and may be folded up for storage when not used. The exercise machine includes a base structure having a pair of rigid arms and a base bar, such that a first end of each of the rigid arms is securely fastened to opposite ends of the base bar to form a U-shape. A pair of rotatable arms is rotatably connected, through a first and second hinges, to a second end of the rigid arms. A spring mechanism is disposed surrounding the first and second hinges to provide a first and second resistance forces. Each of the rotatable arms are attached an handle bar.

Abstract: An exercise machine including a support frame having a handle structure affixed to a base structure is described. The handle structure can provide hand support for a user using the machine. The base structure can provide floor support for the machine. One or more resilient pedaling assemblies may be pivotably coupled with the base structure to guide exercising movements of the user. Each resilient pedaling assembly may comprise an elastic element to provide a torsion force, a foot pad for resting a corresponding foot of the user and pivot assemblies rotatably engaged with the elastic element and the foot pad. Movement of the foot pad may cause deformation of the elastic element via the pivot assemblies. The deformation can induce the torsion force from the elastic element to provide reciprocal foot pedaling effects to the user.

Abstract: An exercise device includes a first tubular frame having a flexible fabric attached thereon, a second tubular frame having a rigid board mounted thereon, and at least three elongate support members disposed between and separate the first tubular frame and the second tubular frame. Each of the elongate members includes a first end fixedly mounted on the first tubular frame and a second end fixedly mounted on the second tubular frame, such that a first cross plane of the first tubular frame is substantially parallel to a second cross plane of the second tubular frame. When the second tubular frame is placed on a substantially flat surface, the exercise device can be used as a jumping exercise device. When the first tubular frame is placed on the substantially flat surface, the exercise device can be used as a stepping exercise device.

Abstract: Embodiments of an exercise machine are disclosed. In one embodiment, an exercise machine includes a base supporting frame, a handlebar assembly, a seating assembly, and a stepper assembly. The base supporting frame having a front end and a rear end is adapted to be positioned on a support surface. The handlebar assembly is positioned at the front end of the base supporting frame and is adapted for the user to hold onto while the user is standing on the pedals. The stepper assembly is positioned between the seating assembly and the handlebar assembly and includes a pair of first and second reciprocating pedals rotatably mounted on the stepper assembly.

Abstract: An exerciser machine including a base frame, a pole frame and a swivel frame is described. The base frame can have longitudinally a head section and a rear section pivotally coupled with the head section. The pole frame can have one or more extendable poles extending longitudinally between a far end and a near end of the pole frame. A cross bar can be detachably affixed between the extendable poles. The pole frame may be pivotally attached to the base frame. The swivel frame can have one or more side bars having longitudinally a handle end and a pole end. A handle bar may be detachably fixed between the side bars at the handle end. The swivel frame may be rotably attached to the extendable poles to allow rotary movements of the swivel frame in between the extendable poles.
