摘要： Improvements in a calf secured sit-up punching targets to provide an exercise device that allows a user to punch as they perform a sit-up or crunch. This allows a user to combine two exercises at the same time. The exercise uses stomach muscles in the crunch, arms in punching and allows for targeting punches. The targets are secured to a sock and skeletal frame that is securable to the lower leg or calf area of a user. The target(s) are on surface pads or on a shaft that extends from the leg support. The shaft has rotational pins to the target that can be arranged for front punches, angled punches or side roundhouse punches. The targets are on removable flex shaft that rotates and flexes or rotates to absorb some of the impact and the target can then return to a neutral position.

The exercise machine will generally include a base and a support which extends between the base and the exercise machine. The upper end of the support is connected to the exercise machine by a first pivot such that the exercise machine pivots about the support. An adjustment device may be utilized to pivot the exercise machine and thus adjust its angle of incline. Various types of adjustment devices are disclosed, including an actuator, ratchet-and-pawl, gears, and cam.

摘要： An intelligent fitness set and anti-cheating method thereof is disclosed. The intelligent fitness set includes a support, a base, a plurality of handheld fitness equipments and two handles, wherein a processor, a movement posture sensor and a touch sensor are provided in each handle, and the movement posture sensor and the touch sensor are connected respectively with the processor. One end of each handle is closed, while a bayonet is provided in the other end of the handle and the switchable hot-pluggable bayonet is configured to connect respectively to the plurality of handheld fitness equipments. In the present disclosure, one set of action training of a plurality of handheld fitness equipments is performed through the same set of handles, so that a user can complete movement of one time only by strictly complying with active standards during movement.
