摘要： Provided is a method for reporting carried out by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: receiving a public land mobile network (PLMN) list, which is information on one or more of PLMNs on which a logged minimization drive test (MDT) is valid; receiving information for executing the logged MDT; logging a measurement on the basis of the information for executing the logged MDT; entering a target cell in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state; determining whether or not the logged measurement is reportable; and if determined possible to report to the target cell, reporting the whole or a part of the logged measurement to the target cell. Whether or not the logged measurement can be reported is determined on the basis of the PLMN list.

摘要： There is provided with a method for enabling a user equipment to perform a random access procedure in a wireless communication system. The method includes transmitting a random access preamble and receiving a random access response as a response to the random access preamble. The random access response is addressed by a random access identifier. The random access identifier is mapped to radio resources used for transmitting the random access preamble. The user equipment can immediately confirm its random access response and perform further efficient random access procedure.

A user equipment receives a measurement configuration from a base station and logs a measurement result based on the measurement configuration. The user equipment determines whether a consent for reporting privacy information is revoked while logging the measurement result. If the consent is revoked, the user equipment stops logging the measurement result.

摘要： A method and apparatus for monitoring a downlink control channel in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives a discontinuous reception (DRX) command from a base station. The DRX command indicates an activation of at least one DRX pattern from a plurality of DRX patterns. Each of the plurality of DRX patterns includes an on-duration which specifies at least one subframes to monitor a downlink control channel within a DRX cycle. The wireless device monitors the downlink control channel in at least one subframe which belongs to on-duration of the at least one activated DRX pattern.

摘要： A method for prompt re-direction of uplink access of a specific user equipment is disclosed. For initial random access to a network, if a user equipment transmits a preamble, which includes information related to random access, to a network node, the network node sends grant/rejection information of the preamble and re-direction information as a response message to the preamble. In comparison with the related art which controls a rush of an access request of the user equipment through a second response message from the network node, since the rush of an access request is controlled by a first response message in the present invention, it is possible to promptly deal with abnormal communication status, thereby improving communication efficiency.
