Abstract:
Provided is a substrate with a built-in electronic component that can minimize an occurrence of a deformation such as warping or distortion of the substrate with a built-in electronic component, which is caused by a difference in rigidity between a region of low rigidity and a region of high rigidity that are formed in a core layer thereof. In the substrate with a built-in electronic component, electronic components 12 are respectively housed in a plurality of housing portions 11a1 that are formed in a core layer 11a, and in the core layer 11a, a plurality of openings 11a2 filled with an insulator 11k are formed.
Abstract:
In a motorcycle in which an internal combustion engine including a crankcase, a cylinder, and a cylinder head is attached to a vehicle body frame, an exhaust system includes an exhaust pipe connected to the cylinder head, and a resonator having a communication hole in communication with an inside of the exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe is curved after being extended forward from the cylinder head and is then extended rearward in such a manner as to pass by a lateral side of the cylinder above the crankcase, while the resonator is arranged in a space between the exhaust pipe and the cylinder, and is joined to a side surface of the exhaust pipe facing inwardly of the motorcycle.
Abstract:
A muffler of a motorcycle having an outside diameter greater than the outside diameter d1 of a rectilinear portion of a branch pipe is disposed at a transverse portion of an exhaust pipe. Since the muffler is formed to be roughly elliptic in sectional shape, the outside diameter of the muffler is represented by a major diameter da as the length in the direction of a major axis and a major diameter db as the length in the direction of a minor axis. When the muffler is disposed between a swing arm and a seat to be along the transverse portion of the exhaust pipe, the muffler can be disposed on the more vehicle front side while securing the capacity thereof. Therefore, protrusion of the muffler toward the rear of the vehicle is suppressed, and the external appearance of a vehicle rear portion is enhanced.
Abstract:
Foot rests are provided for a saddle-ride type vehicle each including a step portion for placing a foot and an attachment portion which extends from the step portion toward a vehicle body frame and is turnably attached to a corresponding one of step brackets on the vehicle-body-frame side. The step portion includes: a first foot-placing portion, a second foot-placing portion, and a third foot-placing portion which extend in a vehicle width direction; a first reinforcement member and a second reinforcement member which connect the first foot-placing portion and the second foot placing portion; and a third reinforcement member and a fourth reinforcement member which connect the first foot-placing portion and the third foot-placing portion.
Abstract:
An exhaust device for an engine cam include a flow rectifying device for rectifying a flow of an exhaust gas. The flow rectifying device is disposed in an upstream end of an inner pipe, and comprises protrusions projecting inwardly. The exhaust gas engaging the flow rectifying device has passed through a curved portion of the inner pipe. The inner pipe also includes a muffler having a plurality of vent holes disposed in an inner portion thereof, and an outer pipe surrounding the inner pipe, defining an angular chamber therebetween.
Abstract:
A seat structure for a vehicle, such as a motorcycle, includes a seat arranged rearwardly of a fuel tank mounted on a vehicle body frame. The seat includes a cushion member, and a bottom plate for holding the cushion member. The cushion member is made of an elastic material. The bottom plate is fixed to the vehicle body frame and to the fuel tank. The cushion member includes a bulging portion which bulges forwardly from a front end portion of the bottom plate and onto an upper surface of a stepped portion of the fuel tank. The bulging portion is supported on the upper surface of the fuel tank.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a cleaning device of the image forming apparatus, the method includes: applying a liquid material to an area outer than an edge located at an end portion of a toner accommodating portion in the longitudinal direction of a toner removing member, wherein the liquid material is applied so as to satisfy one of the predetermined conditions.
Abstract:
To provide a rear shock absorber arrangement structure for a motorcycle having no limitation on the arrangement flexibility and shape of a storage chamber. In a rear shock absorber arrangement structure for a motorcycle, including a unit swing type power unit U swingably connected to a body frame F and rotatably supporting a rear wheel WR, a rear shock absorber suspends the power unit from the body frame F. A storage chamber is disposed above the rear wheel WR. A lower end of the rear shock absorber is brought into connection at a position lower than the wheel-axle O provided in the power unit U as viewed from the side of the vehicle. An upper end of the rear shock absorber is connected to a portion lower than the storage chamber and near a bottom portion of the storage chamber.
Abstract:
In a variable attenuator attenuating a signal inputted to an input terminal from a plurality of transmission lines connected in series between the input terminal and an output terminal and outputting the signal from the output terminal, first and second resistance elements to improve an input/output characteristic are connected in parallel respectively to the transmission line connected to the input terminal and the transmission line connected to the output terminal, so that reflection in input/output is sustained by the first and second resistance elements, to obtain a good input/output characteristic, and so that an impedance in a signal line is increased at a time of maximum attenuation without being suppressed by the first and second resistance elements, to obtain a large attenuation amount.
