Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are an information counting method, an information counting apparatus, a base station, and a computer storage medium. The information counting method includes: determining multiple PDCCHs which are transmitted within one MO of a serving cell and used for scheduling multiple PDSCHs, where HARQ-ACKs of the multiple PDSCHs are transmitted in one HARQ-ACK codebook; and determining, according to an order of indexes of serving cells to which the multiple PDSCHs belong, an order of values assigned to DAI counter fields in the multiple PDCCHs corresponding to the multiple PDSCHs.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information (DCI) are provided. The method includes: scheduling traffic channels in multiple transmission time intervals (TTIs) through a single DCI, where a subcarrier spacing of a carrier where the scheduled traffic channel is located is not smaller than a subcarrier spacing of a carrier where the DCI scheduling the traffic channel is located; and transmitting the DCI. A problem of how to use a multi-TTI scheduling for a cross-carrier scheduling in which a subcarrier spacing of a scheduling carrier is smaller than a subcarrier spacing of a scheduled carrier in the related art may be solved, and the effects of scheduling the multiple TTIs through a single DCI and reducing the overhead are achieved.

Abstract: Methods, devices, and non-transitory computer readable media are provided for configuring physical random access channel (PRACH) retransmissions in a wireless communication network. A PRACH trigger is received including a random access channel occasion (RO) indication. A PRACH preamble is transmitted to a base station during a first RO specified by the RO indication. One or more PRACH preamble repetitions are transmitted to the base station during a second RO specified by the RO indication. A random access response (RAR) is received from the base station in response to the PRACH preamble and/or the one or more PRACH preamble repetitions.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, system, and devices for configuring time-frequency resource in a half-duplex and/or full-duplex telecommunication system. Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for reducing signaling overhead in a primary while supporting fast activation of one or more secondary cells are described. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes receiving, by a mobile device, a signaling message from a base station for configuring a primary cell and at least one secondary cell. The secondary cell is configured with at least one bandwidth part and the signaling message includes a first information element associated with the bandwidth part. The first information element further includes a second information element for enabling or disabling cross-carrier scheduling for the bandwidth part. The method also includes performing, by the mobile device, blind decoding to obtain scheduling information with respect to the bandwidth part based on whether the cross-carrier scheduling for the bandwidth part is enabled or disabled.
