    摘要: A method during the oxidation and sintering of pellets includes the introduction of a first medium into the compartment through an inlet connected to the compartment and the heating of the first medium in the inlet through the use of a combustion arrangement. The use of the combustion arrangement includes the ignition of the fuel, combustion of the fuel, and the transfer of the combustion heat to the first medium that is present at the combustion arrangement. A second medium is introduced to the inlet through an intake in the direct vicinity of the combustion arrangement, where the ignition of the fuel and the combustion of the fuel take place for the transfer of combustion heat also to the second medium. The heated first medium and the heated second medium are mixed before or during their introduction into the compartment.

    摘要: The invention concerns a rotor machine and an impeller, of which the rotor machine is intended to function as a liquid pump or as an agitator in a fluid such as a liquid or a colloid, whereby the rotor machine has a pump casing (1) with an impeller (2) mounted in bearings in a manner that allows rotation around an axis (X), and in which the rotor machine has three principal flow pathways, comprising: —an axial inlet opening (4) with a defined area of opening (Ain) —a radially oriented outlet opening (5) with a defined area of opening (Aut), and —a series of radially extending blades (3) that, distributed around the circumference of the impeller, form between them a number of flow channels (22:1-22:n). In order to achieve an improved working capacity, the area of opening (Ain) of the inlet opening (4), the area of opening (Aut) of the outlet opening and the total effective area of opening of the flow channels (22:1-22:n) that extends through the impeller are so mutually designed that the three principal passages of the rotor machine are filled and emptied of the said fluid in an essentially equal manner.

The method comprises the steps: a) a test specimen is arranged between the contact surfaces (8, 13); b) the distance between the contact surfaces (8, 13) is continuously reduced; c) the test specimen (A) is compressed between the contact surfaces (8, 13) while a measurement value that comprises at least the force that is applied to the specimen (a) is collected; d) the measured value is stored in a memory; e) the distance between the contact surfaces is increased; and f) the compressed test specimen is removed. The invention further comprises an arrangement for carrying out the method.

    摘要: The invention relates to a bottom discharge arrangement intended for mounting on goods container of a railway truck. The arrangement includes at least one pair of flaps which is pivotally mounted on the goods container at their mutually remote edges, so as to be able to swing between an open and a closed position in a plane perpendicular to the edges. The arrangement includes a two-arm lever which is common to the link systems and which functions to maneuver the flaps simultaneously. The lever arm is pivotally mounted centrally at a point between the pivot axes of the flaps and is pivotally connected at one end to a first link pivotally mounted on one flap and at the other end is pivotally connected to a second link pivotally mounted on the other flap. When the flaps are closed, the pivot points between the parts of the link system lie in an essentially forceless state of equilibrium in a common plane which is locked in this state of equilibrium by an operating device coacting with the link system. The operating device functions to apply to the two-arm lever a turning moment around its attachment point so as to bring the link system out of its state of equilibrium and therewith allow the flaps to open.
