摘要： A folding table has an integrated electrical power outlet. The table has a tabletop with a horizontal orientation supported in an elevated position by at least a pair of legs or leg assemblies pivotally coupled at opposite sides of the tabletop and pivotal between a closed storage position against the tabletop and an open elevated position extending transverse to the tabletop. The tabletop has a bottom framework with a perimeter rail extending along at least a portion of a perimeter the tabletop and defining at least a portion of the perimeter of the tabletop. The perimeter rail is segmented and defines a rail gap in the perimeter rail, with the perimeter rail having opposing ends at the rail gap. The electrical power outlet is spliced into the perimeter rail at the rail gap and spans the rail gap in the perimeter rail.

摘要： A chair has a frame with legs, a seat hoop carried by the legs, and a backrest extending above the seat hoop. A seat is carried by the seat hoop of the frame, and has a seat base with a cushion. A perimeter lip circumscribes the seat base and rests over the seat hoop. The seat base has a flexible and resilient corrugated interior capable of deflecting under weight and returning when the weight is removed. An annular bottom projection projects from the seat base between the perimeter lip and the corrugated interior and into the seat hoop, and has an annular bottom surface substantially flush with the lower surface of the seat hoop.

摘要： A folding mesh chair includes a seat and a backrest carried between opposite frame sides. The chair has an unfolded seating position in which the seat pivots to extend from the frame sides and bottoms of front and rear legs move apart, and a folded position in which the seat pivots toward the frame sides and the front and rear legs move together. One or both of the seat and the backrest have a continuous sheet of flexible and elastic mesh or patterned open texture plastic held across and substantially covering an opening in an all-plastic hoop fixed between the frame sides. The hoop includes inner and outer plastic mating hoops with the mesh extending over an outer perimeter of the inner hoop and into an interface between the inner and outer hoops.

摘要： A plastic table structure includes a tabletop comprising a thin polymer shell layer surrounding an expanded foam core. The multiple layers of the finished tabletop are molded concurrently in a one-pass biaxial or centrifugal rotational molding process, and cured in an oven. The method includes the steps of introducing polymeric material into a mold, and rotating the mold while heating it to a first temperature so as to form a molten shell of a portion of the polymeric material on the inside of the mold. A foaming agent is introduced within the mold and mixes with a second unmelted portion of the polymeric material and distributes throughout the mold. When the mold reaches a second higher decomposition temperature, the foaming agent causes expansion of the second portion of the polymeric material, forming an expanded foam core inside the shell.

摘要： A scissor-type banquet or event table comprises a tabletop removably coupled to and disposable upon a stand. The stand comprises a pair of leg frames pivotally coupled together at an intersection. The pair of leg frames comprise adjacent spars with each of the spars associated with a different one of the pair of leg frames. A safety spacer is disposed between the adjacent spars of the pair of leg frames and separates the adjacent spars. The safety spacer has a thickness so that the adjacent spars are spaced-apart by a gap greater than ¾″ to resist pinching a user's fingers. In addition, the tabletop and the stand are coupled together with a snap-fit. The snap-fit comprises detents between the tabletop and the stand. Each detent is biased into a respective hole along an axis between the detent and the respective hole.
