    摘要： The present invention relates to a glide assembly to connect adjacent furniture legs on items such as, for example, chairs or tables. For example, chairs can have a glide assembly attached at the bottom of each of its front legs or to all of its legs, or a table can have a glide attached to some or all of its legs. Each glide may have a magnet that, when mated with adjacent glide's magnet, connects the chair legs and/or table legs together, without requiring tools or mechanical fasteners to connect or disconnect. The magnets used to connect the chairs and tables together allows one to easily attach or detach chairs and/or tables. Use of male/female glide assemblies increases the resistance to accidental disconnection.

    摘要： A flat plate based system for securing legs to a chair is provided wherein a chair support has two catches and two leg pieces each have a tab at one end, the tab configured to interact with one of the two catches, each leg piece including an opening through which a tension member passes. Anchor pieces are configured to secure to the tension member such that the tension member pulls the anchor pieces together. The leg pieces each have an edge such that the edges face each other and the tabs interact with the catches and the tension member is positioned in the opening and the anchor pieces and tension member pull the edges together to hold the tabs against the two catches.

    摘要： A seat moving machine comprises a passenger seat assembly disposed in between opposing seat supports which raise and lower the passenger seat assembly. One or more passenger seat beam rotators are operative to rotate the passenger seat assembly to change the pitch independently of the raising and lowering. In embodiments, rather that the seat rows being pivoted up with a rotating floor, a rotate function alters their mutual positions to one another while the lift function is taking place which brings the back seat rows up and over the front seat rows, allowing control over mutual row position during lift and in the show. Though no cables are involved, by combining the motions of lift and rotate and without any further equipment, an immersive theater system comprising the seat moving machine still employs seating that is suspended.
