A garment may be a sleeved partial undergarment accessory that may be worn under an outer garment and may be removed without requiring removal of the outer garment. A garment may include first and second tubular sleeves with a continuous front region extending between the sleeves and from a neck opening down to a torso opening, a continuous back region extending between the sleeves and from the neck opening down to the torso opening. The opening extends from and is continuous with a distal-most region of the proximal sleeve openings so that the front region and the back region do not connect to each other around the first and second sleeve openings.

摘要： Disclosed is a compression sock aid device having a left and right double paneled structure hingedly connected to one another, wherein a spring member provides outward bias to facilitate opening of the device and the spreading of sock material placed thereover. Rope handles with gripping portions and associated hook notch closure means are provided, along with friction pads and thumb grips to facilitate the application of compression stockings and tight fitting hosiery onto the leg of the wearer. The hosiery is placed over the device while the spring member and hinged connection enable the opening of the hosiery placed thereon. The device is secured using the rope handle that includes a fastening ball, wherein the rope handle is placed into an opposing hook notch to resist the outward bias of the spring member. The inner panels support the hosiery away from the user's skin while the inner panels slide thereagainst.

The underpants have a bib-like flap in the front region, which is undetachably connected with the underpants in the crotch area. Present in the front region of the elastic band is a VELCRO fastening strip, and a counter-VELCRO fastening strip is fastened to the bib-like flap. The VELCRO fastening strips form a detachable connection between the bib-like flap and the elastic band of the underpants. A grip band is situated on the bib-like flap in the detachable area. This grip band is oversized relative to the length of the bib-like flap, so that the user is able to easily reach with his hand between the flap and grip band, and can detach the bib-like flap from the waistband, so that the fly opening is now completely exposed, and he can grip the genitals or activate a catheter.
