    摘要： A nursing garment system having a body with a front and rear region, wherein the front region of the body includes a first securement member. The nursing garment further includes a first strap having a first and second end affixed to the body, and a second securement member disposed between the first and second end of the first strap. The nursing garment can also include a second strap having a first end secured to the front region of the body, a third securement member secured to the second end of the second strap, and a breast pad having a fourth securement member. Here, the third securement member of the second strap can be secured to the fourth securement member of the breast pad, and the second securement member of the first strap can be secured to the first securement member of the body.

    摘要： An upper body garment prevents a wearer from moving a shoulder forward to put an arm in front of the trunk. The upper body of the garment has a body with a left sleeve and a right sleeve. The body includes a rear body with a left armhole on the left side and a right armhole on the right side. A portion between the armholes exerts a tensile force to pull the shoulder blades of a wearer horizontally inward. The left sleeve includes a rear surface with a left sewn portion sewn to the left armhole. The left sewn portion is narrower in horizontal width than the deepest portion of the left armhole before a rear surface of an upper end of the left sleeve is sewed to the left armhole. The right sleeve is similar.

    摘要： A unified garment and method of use thereof are provided wherein the garment that includes a pair of adjustable panels that alternately enable (1.) covering a selected portion of skin of a wearer of the garment; and (2.) exposing the selected portion of the wearer's skin without requiring the wearer to disrobe from the garment. Each panel extends from a same inferior portion of the garment and are detachably attachable at respective attachment points to cause a tension to be imposed between each attachment point and the inferior portion. The garment may include a first pair of apertures adapted to each separately receive a wearer's arm and/or a second pair of apertures adapted to each separately receive a wearer's leg. The garment allows exposure of a wearer's skin to enable direct contact between the garment wearer and the skin of another person for the practice of skin to skin contact.

    摘要： The present disclosure relates to exercise apparel. In one embodiment, the apparel takes the form of a shirt that includes front and back panels and first and second sleeves. A pocket is formed on the outside surface of each sleeve. Each pocket further includes a zippered or Velcro flap for securing an upper opening of the pocket. Each sleeve includes a spandex band extending about the arm opening and adapted to securely fit over the upper arm of the wearer. Each spandex band is in close proximity to the bottom edge of an associated pocket. The bands function in stabilizing the pocket and preventing excess movement while exercising.

The plurality of removable spacers are inserted into and/or removed from corresponding ones of the plurality of pockets. The plurality of removable spacers create space between the undergarment and the wearer of the undergarment to allow airflow and reduce heat trapping.
