摘要： A segmented door for a shower stall, built within a fixed structural frame with a horizontal upper and lower channel. The door is constructed using a plurality (often four or more) of vertically disposed, side by side arranged, moveable panels that are hung from the upper channel by a plurality of moveable and pivoting wheeled hangers engaged with this upper channel. These moveable panels are connected to each other by a plurality of pivotally joined horizontal rods, which enables the moveable panels to move as a group. Often one of the moveable panels is joined to the upper and lower channel by clamp-on hinges, so that this panel is only able to move by pivoting. The moveable panels are able to move between an open door configuration and a closed door configuration, and can be designed with slight overlap so as to prevent shower spray from going beyond the panels.

摘要： A door assembly for spanning an entrance of a shower room includes an elongated rail member formed with a longitudinally extending slide channel, and a foldable sliding door unit which includes a plurality of vertically disposed elongated connectors, a plurality of vertically disposed elongated slats, and a plurality of slidable coupling units. Each of the connectors is formed with longitudinally extending left and right engaging grooves. Each of the slats has two lateral end portions which are formed respectively with vertically extending cylindrical members which are received in an adjacent pair of the engaging grooves of an adjacent pair of the connectors such that the cylindrical members are rotatable axially for folding and unfolding of the slats relative to the adjacent pair of the connectors. The slidable coupling units are mounted on upper ends of selected ones of the connectors, and extend into and are slidable along the slide channel so as to permit movement of the door unit to an unfolded state to close the entrance to the room, and so as to permit movement of the door unit to a folded state to open the entrance to the room.

摘要： A wall-mounted bathroom panel assembly in which the frame for each panel has two horizontal short sides and two vertical long sides which each have a longitudinally extending corner. As elongated vertical mounting member is fixed to the bathroom wall, and this mounting member also has a longitudinal corner. The corners of both the mounting member and each side of the frame define a recess of circular cross-section. A first pair of integrally connected pins are respectively disposed in the corner recess in the mounting member and in the corner recess in a long side of one of the frames to permit pivotal movement of the one frame relative to the mounting member about a vertical axis and also sliding movement along this axis. Similar pairs of integrally connected pins are disposed in the corner recesses in the short sides of adjacent frames to permit horizontal sliding movement between the frames. A weight-compensating assembly cooperates with the mounting member to restrict sliding vertical movement of the connected panel.
