摘要： A roller skate having enhanced steerability and stability is disclosed. The skate includes a platform for supporting a skater's foot and front and rear wheel trucks secured to the underside of the platform. A pair of front wheels is rotatably mounted in transverse axial alignment on the front wheel truck and a pair of rear wheels is rotatably mounted in transverse axial alignment on said rear wheel truck. The pairs of front and rear wheels are also in parallel axial alignment with each other and mounted on their respective wheel trucks for resiliently controlled, tilting movement about downwardly inclined longitudinal axes. In addition, a fifth wheel is rotatably mounted on the front wheel truck between the pairs of front and rear wheels and in parallel axial alignment with the wheel pairs.

摘要： A shoe includes a first part wore by wearers and a second part which includes a C-shaped resilient plate which is fixed to an underside of the first part by its top. A first pin and a second pin are respectively connected to the front end and the rear end of the resilient plate. A base includes a front end which is pivotably connected to the first pin on the resilient plate and two lugs extend from the top of the rear end of the base. Each lug has an elongate slot and the second pin is movably engaged with the two elongate slots of the two lugs. The resilient plate is moved up and down when the second pin is moved within the elongate slots of the base.

摘要： The two skates steered by leaning sideways normally curve along circles of similar curvature. As the two circles are offset by the legs' distance they intersect. In order to avoid this disadvantage it is desirable that the outer leg's curved track has a larger radius than the inner leg's curved track. Using lean-controlled steered skates with tiltable wheels comprising a parallelogram closed fourbar linkage including two horizontal cross-guides the purpose is achieved by affixing the two cross-guides rotatably to extensions of the frame in such a way that the vertical projection of the rotation axis makes a solid angle with the vertical projection of the pivot axes of the closed fourbar linkage.

摘要： A low profile roller skate has a chassis to which a wearer's shoe or foot can be securely fastened. Front and rear axles extend from angled slots in either side of the chassis, and are biased toward a horizontal, straight-ahead position. A wearer can steer the skate by leaning in the direction of a desired turn, thus causing the axles to move along the slots and pivot in a direction which causes the wheels to turn in the desired direction. The wheels can be biased toward a straight-ahead position by resilient torque blocks sandwiched between top and bottom chassis halves. The skate can further be provided with toe and heel brakes, removable grind pads, over-molded wheels, and quick-release straps.

摘要： An easily adjusted skateboard shoe comprises a front seat, a rear seat and a buckle structure for connecting the front seat and the rear seat. The buckle structure is formed by a round lower cover, a buckle, and a teeth bank. An upper side of the lower cover has a confining seat and the confining seat has guide grooves at two sides thereof. Thereby, the buckle moves straightly along the guide grooves of the lower cover. One inner end of the buckle has an engaging teeth which protrudes downwards and extends inwards so that the engaging teeth is exactly engaged to the teeth bank at a lower end of the front seat. The user can press the buckle from a lateral side of the skateboard shoe so that the engaging teeth of the buckle separates from the teeth bank; and thus the size of the skateboard shoe is adjusted.

摘要： A roller skate comprising a shoe portion having a sole with front and rear regions and a cantilevered member having a free end proximate the front region of the skate and a fixed end opposite the free end. A supporting member is located between and contacting the cantilevered member and the sole. A plurality of front wheels are coupled to each other by a front axle. The front axle biases the free end of the cantilevered member. The skate further includes means for adjusting the position of the supporting member relative to the front axle. The position of the supporting member defines the sizes of the fixed end and the free end of the cantilevered member such that, when the adjusting means moves the supporting member away from the front region of the shoe portion, the size of the free end of the cantilevered member increases, permitting an increased amount of vertical movement of the free end of the cantilevered member and the front axle.

摘要： The convertible skate includes wheels that are interchangeable between an in-line configuration and a conventional roller skate configuration. The skate can be readily changed between the different configurations by depressing a first button to release a latch and unlock the front pair of wheels from a first configuration. The front wheels can then be rotated into and locked by the latch at their second configuration. The same type of conversion method and apparatus can be used to convert the rear pair of wheels between different configurations. The skate may also include a reverse spinning brake that prevents the skate from rolling backwards. The reverse spinning brake works in either the in-line configuration or the conventional roller skate configuration without requiring any changeover process between configurations.
