An information processing device according to one embodiment includes a receiving unit, a frame generation unit, an acquisition unit, an embedding unit and a transmitting unit. The receiving unit receives a request for a full size frame from a user terminal. The frame generation unit generates the full size frame having a size of a region occupied by a plurality of objects to be displayed on a plurality of pages arranged in a specified direction. The acquisition unit acquires, from an object storage unit, all initial display objects to be embedded in an initial display page. The embedding unit embeds the initial display objects in the full size frame. The transmitting unit transmits the full size frame in which the initial display objects are embedded to the user terminal.
摘要:
A method for identifying header/footer content of a document, in order to sequence text fragments comprising recognizable text blocks as derived from the document. The textual variability of lines comprised of text blocks, including the different kinds of text blocks within the line is analyzed for assessment of textual variability. Header/footer zones are defined by textual content having a low textual variability. An alternative embodiment identifies pagination constructs by comparing selected text-boxes for similarity and proximity and clustering the text boxes satisfying a predetermined similarity value, wherein the clustered text boxes are deemed to comprise pagination constructs.

A method and computer readable medium for defining pagination preferences that control pagination of dynamic-length presentations. In an embodiment, a computer implemented method for specifying pagination preferences comprises, identifying pagination preferences for each page of an original presentation, recording the starting point and ending point within the primary text flow that appear on each page, associating the elements with the page on which the elements are located and storing the pagination preferences, starting and ending points in the primary text flow, and page elements as metadata associated with each page.

The system relates to identifying critical textual passages that influence the pagination of electronic documents such that the addition or removal of text to these critical passages will have the effect of shortening or lengthening the document.

A method for dividing pages and an electronic display device are provided. The method for dividing pages includes the following steps. An edit page is started on the display screen, and a length of an editable area is increased in the edit page when the edit page is pulled down. The edit page receives a paging operation to generate at least one page break in at least one position of the edit page. When the at least one page break is generated, the edit page is divided into at least two separate pages according to the at least one page break, and the separate pages are respectively saved as different files. The method for dividing pages is more convenient and user-friendly for the user operating a data editing operation of the electronic display device.

A method for validating a splitting operation accesses a document and a catalog tree. The method selects a subset of the total pages in the document. The method splits a section of branches from the catalog tree using a splitter in a user device. Each branch corresponds to a page included in the subset. The method processes the subset using the branches to generate split output pages. The method analyzes each split output page to determine if the file split correctly. In response to a split failure, the method determines if the split failure is related to one of a structure error and a metadata syntax error. In response to a correct split, the method provides the print job to an associated output device in communication with the user device.

A method, system and a computer program product for generating, rendering and printing documents 100,110,120 from a variable-data printing document template 130 which defines a document defining a layout of nested document portions 150 comprising content which is variable in response to input data 140. There is provided a way of expressing and treating nested flows, thus enabling the creation of complex document designs for Variable Data Publishing material used in Digital Publishing.

A user interface includes a parent node comprising a plurality of child nodes, where the parent node and the plurality of child nodes are related in accordance with a hierarchical structure, and a pagination utility is configured to display a paginated page for a paginated node, where the paginated node is a child node from the plurality of child nodes, where the paginated page includes a portion of data associated with the paginated node, and where the paginated utility is displayed with a sibling node of the paginated node.

A document creation interface, including an input section and a document preview section, is provided and displayed to user in order to assist in document preparation and creation. The input section of the interface can contain a structure chart template having input blocks into which a user may provide input. The input blocks may be configured to include an expandable quick guide to assist user in entering relevant information into a given input block. A document is then generated from the input received and based on the organization of the structure chart template. The document can then be dynamically displayed in the document preview section of the interface.
