Abstract: An extruded PVC clip-on label holder for use on glass shelves such as merchandise shelves in retail outlets has a label holder panel and a pair of resilient rearwardly extending arms forming a channel between which a shelf is gripped. The holder is suitable for use on both thinner and thicker glass shelves by virtue of a step which extends along the base of the channel in one corner. A thinner shelf is gripped between the arms with its front edge fitting over the step and abutting the rear surface of the label holder panel. A thicker shelf is gripped between the arms with its front edge abutting the step.

Abstract: An extruded plastic price channel can be fitted in a C-channel at the front of a merchandise shelf to provide a mounting for merchandise labelling. The price channel includes a label panel and a leg extending from the back of the label panel. A top edge of the label panel and a free end of the leg snap behind upper and lower lips of the C-channel to retain the price channel in place with the label panel angled to the vertical. The top edge of the label panel has an improved design to enhance its grip in the C-channel. The price channel may also include a transparent co-extruded cover for the front of the label panel to retain non-adhesive labels.

Abstract: A shelf tag moulding attachment assembly is provided for securing a product information module to a standard shelf tag moulding in a manner as to inhibit unauthorized removal, while permitting easy removal by authorized personnel through use of a grasping device. The assembly preferably includes a mounting member having projections disposed at one end for effecting biting engagement with one of the tag moulding lips, and a lever arm rotatably coupled to the mounting member having a cam at one end disposed to controllably engage the other lip of the tag moulding. The assembly is demountably secured to the tag moulding when the lever arm is rotated with respect to the mounting member.

Abstract: A ticket holder for shelving such as in supermarkets, comprises a front support surface with parallel channels to engage and retain the edges of a price ticket. The rear surface has an integral formation defining a hook which has a first pair of parallel edges which engage with a shelf rail, the edge having an opposed edge which with an edge of the surface defines a further pair of parallel edges to engage the ticket rail at a different angle. By inverting the holder and engaging the edges a third angular position of the surface is obtained.

Abstract: In a data information display device for use with products displayed in a shelf environment. The unit includes a bracket which is designed to mount either adhesively to the front edge of a shelf or by adhesive or other gripping means to a typical ticket rail mounted on the front edge of a shelf. Depending from the bracket is a support member which rotatably carries a data-carrying member having two surfaces, the front surface carrying information for a consumer of the goods and the rear surface carrying information used by store personnel for reorder purposes. The unit normally hangs in a position with the consumer information visible. By simple rotation of the member of the data-carrying member the store reorder information becomes visible and, when utilized, the supporting force is removed and the data-carrying member resumes its normal position.

Abstract: A device for displaying price and like information wherein the figures to be displayed are contained on a series of panels folded into two stacks so that the top panel in each stack combines to make a display area and display one complete figure. The outside edge of each stack of folded panels are retained in a frame to dispose the top panel of each stack in the said display area. The outside edges of each stack are retained in the frame as aforesaid in opposed channels and a user can, by depressing the panel on the top of a stack actuate the edge of the depressed panel out of its channel, turn it over and insert it into the other channel whereby to change the panels on the top of each stack and, at the same time, change information conveyed by the top panels.
