Abstract: A protection rail is described that includes apertures that may be located at positions along the protection rail so as to correspond to one or more apertures of the shelving unit. The dimensions of the apertures and associated spatial relationships, as well as the spatial relationship to one or more other groups of apertures, may be configured such that the protection rail may provide a layout of apertures adapted to allow the protection rail to be mounted to various types of shelving units having different aperture layouts, different sized apertures, and/or different shaped apertures. This advantageously provides the protection rail with a universal aperture pattern that allows the protection rail to be universally used for various types of commercially available shelving units.

Abstract: The invention relates to a system (10) for powering display devices (11) for displaying goods-related information, comprising an elongate base body (12) and at least one closure device (14). The main part (12) has a channel (16) for receiving the display devices (11), and the main part (12) has two end portions (18). Each end portion (18) has one of two channel (16) end portions (20) in which the display devices (11) can be received. The system (10) has at least two current conductors (21, 22) which are arranged in the channel (16), and a power supply contact (28) of each display device (11) can be contacted with a respective current conductors (21, 22) by receiving the display devices (11) in the channel (16). By connecting the closure device (14) to the end portion (18) of the main part (12), a respective supply line (32, 34) of the closure device (14) can be contacted with the current conductors (21, 22). The invention also relates to a goods presentation system and to a method.

Abstract: A pop-out flag for use along a retail shelf edge is printed on a sheet, with information on the front and back sides of the flag being printed without having to duplex the sheet through the printer. When the flag is removed from the sheet it folds onto itself so that an adhesive trim portion of the front and back sides of the flag come into contact with one another. The pop-out design also allows the liner to remain with the face stock to add necessary stiffness to the flag. A pair of concave, arcuate-shaped reliefs along the fold line permit the flag to fold flat onto itself so that the adhesive trim portion contains no voids or bubbles where the two sides of the flag contact one another.

Abstract: A protective case for a collectible includes a cover and a base. The cover includes a transparent panel having a top surface and a bottom surface, and a flange extending from a periphery of the bottom surface to define a recess. The flange has an inward facing surface facing the recess, and a slot extending inwardly from the inward facing surface. The base includes a transparent plate that is nested in the recess. The plate has a top edge, a bottom edge, and a sidewall extending between the top edge and the bottom edge. The sidewall includes a tab that is received and locked in the slot, to oppose removal of the plate from the recess. A collectible can be positioned between the plate and the panel and received in a seat of the plate and/or the panel.

Abstract: A helmet including a protective head covering, information carrier, adhesive, and flap. The information carrier includes a first panel having a terminal edge, and a second panel having a fold line. The second panel is joined to the first panel to define a pouch having an interior space and an opening to the interior space. The opening is defined by the terminal edge disposed proximately to the first panel below the fold line. The adhesive is configured to affix the first panel to the exterior surface. The flap is pivotally attached to the second panel about the fold line, wherein the second panel is bendable away from the exterior surface at least between the terminal edge and the fold line to enable the flap to pivot about the fold line toward the exterior surface in connection with insertion of the flap into and removal of the flap from the opening.

Abstract: A method of labeling an intravenous (IV) system is disclosed. The method may begin with obtaining a label. A label may be formed of a polymeric material and include a top, a bottom, and an aperture formed in at least one of the top and the bottom. Abstract: A system for displaying electronic shelf labels (ESLs) or other devices includes a label holder. The label holder includes a base plate, adhesive, suction cups, and dowels. The base plate has two opposing side upon which an ESL may be adhesively engaged and supported. When supporting a single ESL on only one side of the base plate, the opposite side of the base plate may be equipped with suction cups or front facing dowels with which the label holder may be attached to a surface. When supporting ESLs on both sides of the base plate, dowels may be inserted along perimeter surfaces of the base plate in order to allow the holder to be secured into or onto surfaces having openings capable of receiving the exposed ends of the dowels, such as those constructed of pegboard, etc.
