摘要： There is disclosed a toilet seat transparent elastic cover for preventing a user from a direct contact with a toilet seat. The cover includes mark lines to be aligned ensuring a proper placement of the cover. The cover may include an aperture with two lateral edges and a flap located in front of the aperture. The flap is formed by two lateral perforated lines connecting it to corresponding parts of the cover before the user starts using the cover. The perforated lines are extensions of the two lateral edges, such that when the user places the cover on the toilet seat, tears the perforated lines, and moves the flap forward at a desirable length and downward/upward, the aperture is effectively extended, providing an additional convenience to the user. An objective of the cover is to improve its adjustment to the user's body dimensions correspondingly to typical sizes of the seat.

摘要： An apparatus for dispensing measured lengths of a sleeve material upon an armature, especially adapted for dispensing a plastic cover upon a toilet seat, includes a source of sleeve material fed onto the armature and collected upon a take-up reel. The cover is provided with a uniform series of marks along its length which are sensed and counted to control the operation of a motor drive which directs the sleeve material to and from the armature. Timer circuits are employed to cause motor cut-off if the required length of sleeve is not dispensed within a given length of time and to inhibit motor start for a fixed period after a dispensation. The sleeve-accepting end of the armature may include an angular horn to permit the sleeve to smoothly pass onto the seat.

摘要： In order to test the operatability of the section which dispenses a hose-shaped foil from a foil storage, which hose-shaped foil is advancable by one seat length after each use of the lavatory by means of a drive and a spent foil take-up means a check is made prior to every advancing operation if foil is still present in the foil storage. A detecting system checks if the hose-shaped foil moves, whereby simultaneously the current for the operation is checked. If such is the case a control signal is generated which indicates the operatability of the said end can be used, for instance, for deblocking access to the lavatory.

By actuating a drive mechanism, the cover is moved through a predetermined distance in such manner that when it is in the mounted position, the toilet seat body is surrounded by the tubular cover and the cover covers the important part of the toilet seat.
