    摘要: A shield connector can easily suppress contact failure between terminal metal fittings due to vibration, and a connector connection structure can include the shield connector. In a large-diameter part in the natural state, a direction dimension passing through a tip of a protrusion is larger than a fastening direction dimension from an abutting part to a first clamping part in the shield case, a fastening member inserted into a fixed part is fastened, and the inner housing is thus hard to vibrate in the shield case. Therefore it is possible to suppress poor contact between a terminal fitting held by the inner housing and a mating terminal fitting. At this time, it is unnecessary to add a new process in order to suppress vibration of the inner housing, easily suppressing a contact failure between the terminal fittings.

    摘要: An electrical connector includes an insulating body, multiple terminals, a shielding sheet, a metal member, and a metal shell. The insulating body includes a base and a tongue extending forward from the base. The rear end of the tongue is provided with a step portion. The terminals are fixed in the base, exposed to the upper and lower surfaces of the tongue, and arranged in an upper row and a lower row. The shielding sheet is disposed in the tongue and located between the upper and lower rows of terminals. The metal member is fixed on the step portion, and has a first section located on the step portion and a second section located on the base. The second section extends forward to form an elastic piece. The metal shell wraps a periphery of the insulating body and the metal member. The elastic piece urges against the metal shell.

In some embodiments, the grounding component comprises: a first positioning element adapted to be positioned on an external face of the electronic component, the external face intended to be at least partially accessible from an outside of a device once the electronic component is installed in the device; a second positioning element adapted to be positioned on a face adjacent to the external face of the electronic component; a first contact element, which is electrically conductive and adapted to come into contact with the electrically conductive part of the electronic component; a second contact element, which is electrically conductive and adapted to come into contact with at least one electrically conductive part of another component of the device, when the electronic component is installed in the device; the first contact element and the second contact element being adapted to be in electrical contact, the grounding component being adapted to leave completely free access to the other faces of the electronic component which are adjacent to the external face.

    摘要: An electrical receptacle connector includes a metallic shell, a terminal module in the metallic shell, a baffle plate at a rear portion of the metallic shell, and conductive ground legs. Accordingly, the baffle plate is at the rear portion of the metallic shell, and the conductive ground legs are at two sides of the metallic shell. Therefore, during the connector transmits data, the produced noises are shielded by the baffle plate, and the current formed by the noises is guided to a circuit board through the conductive ground legs, thus the noises are grounded and diminished. The conductive ground legs are adjacent to the baffle plate. Hence, the current flowing through the baffle plate is guided to the circuit board through the conductive ground legs, with a shorter path. Therefore, the current would not have antenna effect easily on the path, and the noise spreading can be reduced.

    摘要: An attachment structure for directly attaching a shield connector to an opening formed in a metal casing is provided. A shield connector for directly mounting on a device is attached to an opening formed in a metal casing. A connector housing is fastened to the casing with bolts from outside the casing. The opening of the metal casing has a diameter-enlarged portion formed in an end portion of the opening in an outside direction of the casing to be enlarged toward the outside direction. The shield shell has a contact piece at an end portion of the shield shell, and the contact piece is housed in and contacts with the diameter-enlarged portion in a state that the shield connector is attached to the opening.

    摘要: A connector assembly for terminating a cable having a cable shield is provided including an electrically conductive backshell and a shield assembly. The backshell includes a body that extends from a mating end to a cable end along a mating axis. The cable end includes a cable channel that extends through the body and holds an end segment of the cable therein. The connector assembly includes a shield assembly having a clamp system that is held within the cable end of the backshell and includes front and rear clamping members. The cable shield is terminated to the clamp system between the front and the rear clamping members. The connector assembly includes an EMI gasket that is electrically coupled to the backshell and held within the cable end of the backshell. The EMI gasket includes a backshell interface that engages the backshell and a clamp interface that engages the clamp system.
