摘要: The present disclosure provides a connector assembly. The connector assembly includes a wire-end connector. The wire-end connector includes a wafer, a shield plate and a twin-ax cable. The wafer includes a frame and a terminal group. The terminal group is supported by the frame. The terminal group includes a signal terminal pair and a ground plate. The ground plate includes a ground terminal on both sides of the signal terminal pair. The shield plate is electrically connected to the ground plate. The shield plate includes an opening that penetrates the shield plate. The twin-ax cable includes a pair of conductors and a ground portion. The pair of conductors extend into the opening of the shield plate and are electrically connected to the signal terminal pair. The ground portion electrically connects at least one of the shield plate and the ground plate.

摘要: An electrical connector suited for being assembled to a circuit board is provided. The electrical connector includes an insulating body, a plurality of terminals disposed in the insulating body, a first metallic shell sheathing the insulating body to form an insertion space, a second metallic shell superposed on the first metallic shell, and a metallic plate disposed in the insulating body. The second metallic shell has a rear plate opposite to the rear interface, and is not electrically connected to the circuit board. The metallic plate has at least one bending extending out of the insulating body to abut the rear plate, such that the metallic plate and the second metallic shell are electrically conducted.

摘要: A high-speed connector assembly, a socket connector and a grounding plate are disclosed in the present invention. The grounding plate disposes multiple grounding arms and multiple shielding pieces, which are arranged in a serpentine pattern for surrounding front mating portions of each pair of differential signal socket terminals to be in a U-shaped state, thereby providing electromagnetic shielding. The grounding plate further disposes multiple spring fingers, which can be used to connect adjacent grounding plates for forming a common grounding path, and further reducing signal crosstalk of adjacent differential pairs. The grounding plate of the present invention can further contact with a corresponding shielding shell of a plug connector to form a complete grounding path, and ensure more stable and reliable signal transmission quality.
