Abstract: The present disclosure provides a circuit for solving electromagnetic interference signal including a source driving chip, a plurality of first switching units, and a delay control unit. The source driving chip includes a plurality of the output passageway connected to a corresponding row of pixel electrodes in a glass substrate through the data lines and configured to output a charging signal in order to charge the pixel electrodes. The first switch units are correspondingly disposed on each output passageways and connected to the corresponding delay control unit to control the output passageways provided with the first switching units to output the charging signal at a predetermined delay time according to a delay control signal generated by the delay control unit. The connection between the delay control unit and the internal of the source driving chip can reduce manufacturing costs and electromagnetic interference of the display panel circuit.

The bootstrap capacitor is divided into a plurality of first capacitors connected in parallel. After a function of the first capacitor is lost due to small foreign objects or the insulating layer damaged, a connecting line of at least one of the first capacitors being unable to store is cut off.

Abstract: A color-filter on array (COA) substrate and a method of fabricating the same are described. A first through hole is disposed in a first passivation layer, a second through hole is disposed in the color resist layer, and a third through hole is disposed in the second passivation layer, wherein the first through hole communicates with the second through hole, and the second through hole communicates with the third through hole to collectively form an opening. A hole diameter of the opening gradually increases from bottom to top. A part of the color resist layer is etched while the second passivation layer is etched so as to reduce a taper angle of the opening. Therefore, a relatively large impedance value impedance or disconnection is avoided when depositing a pixel electrode.
