Abstract: A display apparatus, a display panel, and a driving method thereof, and a method of detecting a pixel circuit are described. The display panel of the present disclosure includes a pixel unit and a detection apparatus, and the pixel unit includes a pixel circuit and a light-emitting element. The pixel circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a driving transistor, and a storage capacitor. The detection device is configured to: turn off the first transistor and the second transistor, and detect an amount of current leakage of the driving transistor leaked through the sensing line to obtain a first current leakage parameter; detect a first characteristic parameter of the driving transistor to obtain a first reference characteristic parameter; and determine a first target characteristic parameter according to the first current leakage parameter and the first reference characteristic parameter.

Abstract: A shift register driving method includes: in a black insertion driving period, the black insertion input circuit, in response to a black insertion control signal, causing the output circuit to first output a first sense driving signal and a second sense driving signal, so that the control electrode of the switching transistor receives the first sense driving signal to turn on the switching transistor, the first electrode of the switching transistor receives a sensing data signal, and the control electrode of the sensing transistor receives the second sense driving signal to turn on the sensing transistor, and a second electrode of the sensing transistor outputs a pixel compensation signal, at the same time the sub-pixel stops emitting light; the output circuit outputs a black insertion driving signal, and the pixel circuit receives the black insertion driving signal to turn off the driving transistor, and the sub-pixel keeps not emitting light.

The clock signal line includes a main body transmission section configured to transmit a clock signal, and at least two branch transmission sections connected to the main body transmission section. Each branch transmission section is connected to a clock signal input terminal of each shift register in a respective group of shift registers.

Abstract: A gate driving unit includes an Nth stage of shift register unit and an (N+1)th stage of shift register unit, N is a positive integer. Abstract: A display module includes a display panel, a power supply driver, a voltage signal line, a sampling resistor and a detection and control circuit. The voltage signal line is connected between the display panel and the power supply driver. The sampling resistor is connected in series with the voltage signal line. The detection and control circuit is connected to two ends of the sampling resistor and the power supply driver. The detection and control circuit is configured to: detect a voltage across the sampling resistor or a current flowing through the sampling resistor; and control the power supply driver to generate a driving voltage equal to a preset value lower than a voltage threshold, if determining that the voltage across the sampling resistor is greater than or equal to the voltage threshold, or if determining that the current is greater than or equal to a current threshold.
