摘要: An aftertreatment system for an engine on a work machine may include a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system configured for arrangement downstream of the engine and having a dosing system for dosing the SCR system with treatment fluid. The aftertreatment system may also include a NOxin sensor arranged at or near the inlet of the SCR system, a NOxout sensor arranged at or near the outlet of the SCR system, and an SCR catalyst monitoring module configured to periodically establish a maximum NOx conversion capacity of an SCR catalyst in the SCR system. A method for determining a maximum conversion capacity at a selected number or working hours and/or determining a remaining useful life of the SCR catalyst is also provided.

摘要: In some implementations, an implement control system includes an operator control configured for manipulation in one or more motions and a controller. The controller may be configured to, based on a particular motion of the one or more motions, cause actuation of one or more first actuators, configured to selectively raise or lower a first lateral side of a work implement of a machine, and one or more second actuators, configured to selectively raise or lower a second lateral side of the work implement, in tandem. The one or more first actuators and the one or more second actuators may be controlled by independent control systems.

摘要: A work machine, such as a hauler at a mining site, includes a conductor rod housing concentric metal tubes for receiving electrical power from a contactor sliding on a power rail. A head-end interface of the conductor rod proximate the work machine includes metallic rings spaced apart and extending circumferentially around the head-end interface. Bores pass longitudinally through the head-end interface and into cavities within the conductor rod between the concentric metal tubes. The metallic rings enable the delivery of electrical power radially from the conductor rod for powering the work machine, while the bores enable the delivery of pneumatic power longitudinally into the conductor rod for powering axial movement of the conductor rod.

摘要: A gaseous fuel engine system includes a hydrogen fuel supply, an engine housing having an intake port extending to a cylinder, and an intake runner. The intake runner includes a valve mount attached to a conduit and having a valve mounting face, and a gaseous fuel admission valve is mounted upon the valve mounting face. A hydrogen fuel passage extends from the valve mount through the conduit and is oriented angularly to at least one of a clamping face of the intake runner or the valve mounting face. Related apparatus and methodology is also disclosed.

摘要: A control system may include a recirculation circuit configured to direct fluid from an outlet of a fluid pump of a hydraulic fracturing system to an inlet of the fluid pump. The control system may include a control valve in the recirculation circuit. The control system may include a choke valve in the recirculation circuit. The control system may include a controller configured to cause opening of the control valve to cause the fluid to flow through the recirculation circuit, and cause, based on a pressure of the fluid flowing through the recirculation circuit downstream of the control valve and the choke valve, actuation of the choke valve to maintain the pressure of the fluid below a threshold.

The roller assembly may include two roller retention collars supporting the roller against axial displacement without use of thrust washers or the like, and fixing the roller and roller shaft to rotate together relative to a track roller frame.
