摘要： A modular platform of an electric motor vehicle chassis is disclosed. The modular platform includes batteries and an electric powertrain of the electric motor vehicle. The modular platform also includes an upper and lower floor. Between the upper and lower floor is arranged at least one cooling module configured to have an external flow passing through it. The cooling module includes at least one heat exchanger configured to have the external flow passing through it and a first collector housing attached to the heat exchanger. The first collector housing forms a volute within which a tangential-flow turbomachine extends. The first collector housing includes a first open end facing the heat exchanger and a second open end at the end of its volute. The cooling module is arranged so the second open end of the cooling module faces one of the upper or lower floors.

摘要： A cooling system for a rechargeable energy storage system (RESS) of a vehicle includes a coolant circuit configured to direct a coolant flow through the RESS to remove thermal energy from the RESS, and a refrigerant circuit through which a flow of refrigerant is circulated. A chiller is fluidly connected to the coolant circuit and the refrigerant circuit and is configured to transfer thermal energy between the coolant circuit and the refrigerant circuit. An auxiliary circuit is fluidly connected to the coolant circuit. The auxiliary circuit is configured to selectably direct at least a portion of the coolant flow across a first side of a cold plate for thermal energy exchange with a phase change material located at a second side of the cold plate. One or more valves are configured to selectably direct the at least a portion of the coolant flow through the auxiliary circuit.

A self-contained vehicle platform or chassis incorporating substantially all of the functional systems, subsystems and components (e.g., mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) necessary for an operative vehicle. Functional components may include at least energy storage/conversion, propulsion, suspension and wheels, steering, crash protection, and braking systems. Functional components are standardized such that vehicle platforms may be interconnected with a variety of vehicle body designs (also referred to in the art as “top hats”) with minimal or no modification to the functional linkages (e.g., mechanical, structural, electrical, etc.) therebetween. Configurations of functional components are incorporated within the vehicle platform such that there is minimal or no physical overlap between the functional components and the area defined by the vehicle body. Specific functional components of such vehicle platforms, and the relative placement of the various functional components, to allow for implementation of a self-contained vehicle platform are also provided.

摘要： A power supply system (10) is used for supplying power to a power system of an electric tractor and comprises a bracket (100) that is provided above and below a frame of a transport trailer, first cases (200) that are provided on the bracket and first power battery packs that are suspended inside the first case. Each of the first cases is provided with a first ventilation structure and a second ventilation structure (211) so that while the transport trailer is moving, wind can enter the first case from the first ventilation structure and be discharged from the second ventilation structure, thus achieving further cooling and heat dissipation for the first power battery packs and avoiding service life being impacted due to the first power battery pack overheating.
