Abstract: An integrated circuit includes circuitry, which, in operation, controls transmitting downlink data to a terminal apparatus; receiving a plurality of transport blocks which are transmitted in a same time period using a same frequency band in a spatial multiplexing scheme, wherein a same acknowledgement information (ACK/NACK) relating to an error detection result of the downlink data is scrambled with different scrambling schemes respectively for the plurality of transport blocks and the respectively scrambled ACK/NACK is multiplexed with data on respective ones of the plurality of transport blocks, and channel quality information (CQI) of a downlink channel is multiplexed with the data on only one transport block of the plurality of transport blocks by the terminal apparatus; and extracting the ACK/NACK and the CQI from the received plurality of transport blocks.

Abstract: Disclosed are a transmission device and a transmission method with which it is possible to prevent delays in data transmission and to minimize the increase in the number of bits necessary for the notification of a CC to be used, in cases where a CC to be used is added during communication employing carrier aggregation. When a component carrier is to be added to a component carrier set, a setting section provided in a base station: modifies a CIF table that defines the correspondence between code points, which are used as labels for the respective component carriers contained in the component carrier set, and the identification information of the respective component carriers; and assigns a vacant code point to the component carrier to be added, while keeping the correspondence between the code points and the component carrier identification information defined in the CIF table before modification.

Abstract: Provided is a position detection circuit that uses a touch sensor of a capacitance type including sensor electrodes to detect a first position indicated by a first indicator that communicates with the touch sensor to indicate the first position and a second position indicated by a second indicator that indicates the second position without communicating with the touch sensor, the position detection circuit including a first detection circuit that detects a touch of the second indicator to an input surface arranged on the touch sensor, a second detection circuit that detects the first indicator when proximity information indicating a proximity of the first indicator to the touch sensor is equal to or greater than a threshold, and a changing circuit that changes the threshold to a larger value when the first detection circuit detects the touch compared to when the first detection circuit does not detect the touch.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a sensor system that detects a stylus on at least one panel surface having an effective region. The sensor system includes a memory device including computer-executable instructions, and a processor. The processor, when loaded with the computer-executable instructions, performs: and obtaining a position of the stylus and a pen pressure value indicating a pressure applied to a pen tip of the stylus; outputting the position and the pen pressure value to a host processor. In response to the position being outside the effective region, the processor performs processing to conceal from the host processor occurrence of at least one of a pen-down indicating the stylus contacting the panel surface and a pen-up indicating the stylus being removed from the panel surface.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment (UE) that comprises a processor, which determines one among a plurality of mobility states for the UE, wherein the plurality of mobility states comprises at least three different mobility states. The processor determines one or more radio measurement quantities of a serving radio cell in which the UE is located. The processor determines whether or not to relax radio measurements on one or more neighbour radio cells, based on the determined mobility state of the UE and the determined one or more radio measurement quantities of the serving radio cell. A receiver and the processor of the UE perform the radio measurements on the one or more neighbour radio cells according to radio measurement requirements, when the processor determines not to relax the radio measurements on the one or more neighbour radio cells.
