Abstract: A capsule for the preparation of infusion or instant beverages includes pushing means for lifting a disc, arranged at a bottom of a cup defining an internal volume for containing a food substance to be infused. A central portion is collapsible towards the inside of the cup under a pressure force exerted from outside. The disc is fixed to an external edge with a peelable weld. Collapse of an intermediate portion pushes the disc, which, by lifting itself, detaches from the external edge, forming an outlet passage for the beverage.

Abstract: A reclosable container for fluid products is provided. The reclosable container has a containment body provided with a neck ending in a dispensing mouth, and a closure member having a gripping element beneath which lies a stopper tip for closing the dispensing mouth and a removable collar associated with the gripping element along a preestablished break area and rigidly attachable to the neck. In a closed configuration, the dispensing mouth is completely covered by the closure member so that it is not possible for a user's fingers to come into contact with the dispensing mouth when opening the container, avoiding contamination of calibrated drops of the fluid products.

The capsule is characterized in that the opening for the outflow of the infused beverage occurs as a result of the deformation of the disc (5) by the pressure exerted by the fluid inside the capsule (1), to determine a separation between the portions (51, 52) that comprise the disc (5), a separation that opens a passage for the outflow of the infused liquid.
