    Abstract: A swivel mount assembly for rotational mounting of an electronic device includes an insertable part to be inserted into an opening in a structure and a lip part. A securing body secures the assembly body to a surface of the structure. A rotatable body includes another insertable part to be inserted into an opening in the insertable part of the assembly body, a plate part, side walls with at least one side aperture, at least one roller disposed in at least one opening in the plate part, a platform part disposed at an opposing end of the sidewalls to support the electronic device, and a hold/release mechanism disposed between the plate part and the platform part to hold the cable and prevent it movement when in a first setting and to release the cable and permit its movement when in a second setting.

    Abstract: An audio distribution system and method is described herein that optimizes audio equalization settings based on a specific make and model of loudspeaker being used in an audio distribution system. The system and method comprises: generating a loudspeaker test signal; transmitting the loudspeaker test signal to a loudspeaker unit under test (LUUT); receiving an acoustic signal from the LUUT by a microphone located at a test location, the microphone generating an electrical loudspeaker test signal response (loudspeaker test signal response); converting the loudspeaker test signal response to a digitized loudspeaker test signal response; generating a spectral plot of the digitized loudspeaker test signal response for the LUUT; comparing the spectral plot of the LUUT to spectral plots of known loudspeakers, and matching the spectral plot of the LUUT to a spectral plot of a first make and model of a known loudspeaker; and obtaining a set of equalizer settings for the first make and model of the known loudspeaker.

    Abstract: A control device comprising a housing assembly, at least one button, and a controller. The housing assembly comprises a front surface including plurality of button zones each comprising a tactile switch and a plurality of touch sensors. The at least one button is adapted to attach to the housing assembly over at least one of the button zones such that a projection extending from a rear surface of the button is aligned with the tactile switch in the at least one of the button zones. The controller determines which button zone and which location of the button zone is actuated in response to receiving signals from at least one of the tactile switches and at least one of the touch sensors.

    Abstract: A hem bar assembly adapted to secure to a shade material of a roller shade that selectively covers or uncover an architectural opening. The hem bar assembly comprises a first hem bar portion adapted to attach to a second hem bar portion. The first hem bar portion comprises a longitudinal flexible locking member recessed in the inner wall of the first hem bar portion and comprising a channel longitudinally extending therein. The hem bar assembly further comprises a longitudinal spline comprising a longitudinal male plug adapted to wedge and retain the shade material within the locking member channel of the first hem bar portion.     Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method for an automatic dimming and color adjusting backlight LEDs of wall mounted control device buttons. The control device comprises a light sensor that detects light levels in a room where the control device is installed. The control device comprises a controller that operates the backlight LEDs according to day color setting when it receive a light level reading from the light sensor that is above a day/night threshold and according to a night color setting when it receives a light level reading from the light sensor that is below the day/night threshold. In addition, the controller dims the backlight LEDs based on the detected light level readings according an indication mode dimming curve when the backlight LEDs are in an indication mode and according to a backlight mode dimming curve when the backlight LEDs are in a backlight mode.
