摘要： An apparatus for feeding packaging machines with stacks of cutouts includes a centering member for supporting members of a plurality of stacks of cutouts, the stacks being arranged mutually side by side so as to form parallel and mutually adjacent rows on the supporting members; a unit for removing and transferring individual rows, provided with a head fitted with pushers which are arranged vertically side by side and are adapted to move a single row of stacks in a horizontal transfer direction; a switching platform which is adapted to cooperate with the pushers so as to receive the row of stacks and allow its transfer to a belt for input to the packaging machine.

摘要： A method of changing a first out-running strip with a new strip on a manufacturing machine having a traction device for feeding the first strip to the machine at a first predetermined speed, and a strip guide located upstream from the traction device; which method provides for stages consisting in cutting the first strip; activating a push device upon the trailing end of the first strip passing through a given point along the strip guide, the push device being engaged by the new strip for feeding the same along the strip guide at a second predetermined speed; controlling the second speed as a function of the first speed, so that the leading portion of the new strip overlaps a corresponding trailing portion of the first strip along the strip guide; and de-activating the push device subsequent to engagement of the new strip by the traction device.

The conveyor unit (1) presents a first belt (4) and a second belt (5) placed one beside the other and equipped with independent motors (M1, M2), whilst the pockets (43, 53) are arranged in first and second groups, each comprising a given number (n) of pockets ordered at constant pitch (p1) and associated respectively with the first belt (4) and the second belt (5), so that the groups are alternated one with another along a predetermined path (P). The transfer unit (2) includes an elevating platform (19) by which products (6) are ejected from the pockets (43, 53) and transferred at regular intervals to the outfeed conveyor (3), and the motors of the first and second belts (4, 5) are interlocked to a control unit (90) such as will ensure that the passage of each pocket is timed to coincide with an ejection stroke of the elevating platform (19).
