Abstract: A display panel, a display device and a manufacture method of a display panel are provided. The display panel includes a base substrate, a plurality of pixel units disposed in an array and a total reflection structure. Each of the plurality of pixel units includes a light emitting region and a light emitting device in the light emitting region; and the total reflection structure is disposed on a light exiting side of the light emitting device and surrounds at least a portion of the light emitting region; the total reflection structure includes a main structure and a second structure covering a side, which faces the light emitting device, of the main structure, and a refractive index of the second structure is greater than a refractive index of the main structure.

Abstract: A surface texture recognition sensor, a surface texture recognition device and a surface texture recognition method thereof, and a display device are disclosed. The surface texture recognition sensor is configured to recognize a ridge and a valley of a surface, and includes: a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer which overlap with each other; a light source which is configured to emit light into the first dielectric layer; and a photosensitive detector which is at a side of the second dielectric layer away from the first dielectric layer. The light emitted from the light source is incident onto the interface with an incident angle; with the recognition unit being in contact with the surface, refractive index of at least one of the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer is changed to allow a critical angle of total reflection to be changed.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch substrate, a touch display panel, and a touch display device. The touch substrate includes: a base substrate, an integrated circuit element disposed on the base substrate and located in a border area, a plurality of touch electrodes arranged in an array on the base substrate and located in a touch area, as well as touch leads configured to electrically connect the integrated circuit element to each of the touch electrodes. Each touch electrode in the second group is electrically connected to the integrated circuit element through two touch leads, respectively, and each touch electrode in the first group is electrically connected to the integrated circuit element through one touch lead.
