摘要: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media including instructions for performing operations for continuous authentication based on facial skin micromovements is disclosed. The operations may include receiving during an ongoing electronic transaction, first signals representing coherent light reflections associated with first facial skin micromovements during a first time period and second signals representing coherent light reflections associated with second facial skin micromovements during a second time period. The operations may also include determining, using the first and second signals, that a specific individual is associated with the first and second facial skin micromovements. The operations may also include receiving during the ongoing electronic transaction third signals representing coherent light reflections associated with third facial skin micromovements. The operations may further include determining, using the third signals, that the third facial skin micromovements are not associated with the specific individual, and initiating an action based on the determination.

摘要: Methods and systems for combined Spectroscopic Reflectometry (SR) and Pattern Recognition (PR) based image measurements of semiconductor structures at high throughput are presented herein. Measurements of large pitch targets and thick targets through die with improved fringe contrast, resolution, and spectral fidelity are enabled. A PR based imaging subsystem generates illumination light ranging from visible to short infrared wavelengths. A SR subsystem generates illumination light ranging from the deep ultraviolet to short infrared wavelengths. The SR subsystem includes low Numerical Aperture (NA) optics to realize a relatively large size illumination and collection spot. Both the SR subsystem and the PR based imaging subsystem share the same objective and resolve signals from different depths of a structure under measurement. In some embodiments, a combined machine learning based measurement model estimates values of one or more parameters of interest based on both SR and PR image signals.

The latent print extraction 10 apparatus I means calculation of a value for the curvature of the curved surface can be done remotely, without the need to physically measure the surface. This saves time, and avoids accidentally or otherwise contacting any latent prints when measuring the curvature of the surface.

摘要: A biometric authentication system comprising headwear comprising a plurality of biosensors each configured to sample muscle activity so as to obtain a respective time-varying signal; a data store for storing a data set representing characteristic muscle activity for one or more users; and a processor configured to process the time-varying signals from the biosensors in dependence on the stored data set so as to determine a correspondence between a time-varying signal and characteristic muscle activity of one of the one or more users, and in dependence on the determined correspondence, authenticate the time-varying signals as being associated with that user.

摘要: A detection system for a vehicle includes an imaging device configured to capture an image of an interior surface of the vehicle. An illumination assembly includes an array of laser diodes each configured to project an illumination, each laser diode is configured as at least one of a single mode laser or a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (“VCSEL”). An optical element is proximate to the array of laser diodes and includes a collimation element for guiding the illumination to form at least one light spot. A processor is in communication with the imaging device and the illumination assembly. The processor is configured to communicate a signal to operate the array of laser diodes and process the image of the interior surface to detect at least one of a change in a location or a speckle content of the at least one spot.

摘要: A system for capturing a 3D image of a subject includes a detection device which is structured to capture images of the subject and surrounding environment, a projection device which is structured to provide a source of structured light, and a processing unit in communication with the detection device and the projection device. The processing unit is programmed to: analyze an image of the subject captured by the detection device; modify one or more of: the output of the projection device or the intensity of a source of environmental lighting illuminating the subject based on the analysis of the image; and capture a 3D image of the subject with the detection device and the projection device using the modified one or more of the output of the projection device or the intensity of the source of environmental lighting illuminating the subject.

At least one near-infrared light source to emit near-infrared light through the lens is coupled to the printed circuit board. A palm image sensor is also coupled to the printed circuit board. The palm image sensor is configured to detect a palm vein pattern illuminated by the near-infrared light and reflected from a user's palm through the lens.
