摘要： An exemplary mounting apparatus for an expansion card with an end plate includes a mounting bracket, and a retaining member slidably attached to the bracket. The mounting bracket includes a supporting panel having a protruding bridge extending therefrom, and a pair of flanges defining a pair of slanting railways therein. The retaining member includes a hook depending from a retaining wall, and a pair of sliding bars extending from a pair of sidewalls. The sliding bars slide along the railways to sandwich the end plate of the expansion card between the supporting panel and the retaining wall. The hook engages with the protruding bridge to lock the retaining member to the mounting bracket.

摘要： A mounting apparatus for mounting a plurality of expansion cards (50) in a computer includes a chassis (10), a rack (40), a fixing member (60), and a locking member (70). The chassis includes a rear panel (12). The rack is attached to the chassis and includes a fixing plate (42) parallel to the rear panel. The fixing member is attached to the fixing plate and pivotally secures ends of the expansion cards with cover pieces (53) to the rear panel. The locking member is rotatably attached to the fixing plate of the rack and includes a plurality of hooks (715) extending therefrom. The hooks engage in apertures (51) defined in the other ends of the expansion cards.

摘要： A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail slidably received in the first rail, a mounting bracket fixed to the second rail, a positioning member movably mounted to the mounting bracket, and a releasing member slidably mounted to the second rail. The first rail includes a holding portion. The positioning member engages with the holding portion to prevent the second rail from sliding into or out of the first rail. By sliding the releasing member, the releasing member drives the positioning member to disengage from the holding portion of the first rail, thereby enabling the second rail to slide into or out of the first rail.

摘要： A mounting apparatus is provided for holding a data storage device. The mounting apparatus includes a bracket to receive the data storage device, and a latching unit. The bracket includes a first side plate. The latching unit includes a fixing tray fixed to the first side plate, a sliding member slidably mounted in the fixing tray, and a pushing member pivotably mounted to the fixing tray. The pushing member includes a pressed portion operable of resisting against the sliding member, and a moving portion to abut against the data storage device. When the sliding member is slid in the fixing tray to move the pressed portion, the pushing member is rotated. Therefore, the moving portion is rotated to eject the data storage device from the bracket.

The movable member is moved to align the large part of the locking hole with the through hole of the second sidewall. The latch member extends through the through hole of the cover, the through hole of the second sidewall, and the large part of the locking hole. The movable member then is restored, thereby the latch portion engaging in the small part of the locking hole.

摘要： A mounting apparatus receives a data storage device with a plurality of posts. The mounting apparatus includes a bracket, and a latching unit mounted to the bracket. The latching unit includes a fixing tray, a sliding member slidably mounted in the fixing tray, and a resisting member mounted to the sliding member and resisting the post. When the sliding member is slid in the fixing tray along a first direction to resist the resisting member, the resisting member is moved into the fixing tray along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. When the sliding member is slid in the fixing tray along a third direction opposite to the first direction, the resisting member is moved outside the fixing tray along a fourth direction opposite to the second direction.

When the cover is mounted to the rack, the pivoting members are rotated together with the rotatable shaft. Therefore, the latching portion rotates to engage with the clamping protrusion, and the resilient members are deformed. When the cover is removed from the rack, the resilient members are released to rotate the pivoting members together with the rotatable shaft. The latching portion rotates to disengage from the clamping protrusion.
