    摘要: An exemplary mounting apparatus for an expansion card with an end plate includes a mounting bracket, and a retaining member slidably attached to the bracket. The mounting bracket includes a supporting panel having a protruding bridge extending therefrom, and a pair of flanges defining a pair of slanting railways therein. The retaining member includes a hook depending from a retaining wall, and a pair of sliding bars extending from a pair of sidewalls. The sliding bars slide along the railways to sandwich the end plate of the expansion card between the supporting panel and the retaining wall. The hook engages with the protruding bridge to lock the retaining member to the mounting bracket.

The first expansion frame includes a main board with a length in the first direction less than that of the through hole, and is configured for fixing a first expansion card. The second expansion frame includes an elongated main plate extending along the first direction, and a first support platform perpendicularly extending from an end of the main plate. The main plate and the first support platform are configured for matingly engaging with an expansion card bracket of a second expansion card.

The latching member includes four drive plates, a connection plate, and four latching portions. Each of the drive plates defines a rail therein. The operation member includes four pins, a handle, and a resilient portion. The resilient portion includes a latch block. The two connection members pass through the latching member and the rear panel. Each of the four pins is slidably received in the rail to rotate the latching member, each of the four latching portions is received in a first block plate of the expansion card, the latch block of the operation member is received in a latch of the rear panel, thereby mounting the expansion card to the rear panel.

    摘要: A mounting apparatus is provided to hold a number of data storage devices each including opposite sidewalls. The mounting apparatus includes a bracket, a number of fasteners, and a number of fixing members. The fasteners are fixed to the sidewalls of each data storage device, respectively, and each fastener includes a head portion abutting the corresponding sidewall. Each fixing member includes a main body fixed to the bracket, a number of cushioning boards fixed to the main body, and a number of guiding rails fixed each fixed to a corresponding one of the plurality of cushioning boards. Each guiding rail defines a sliding groove. When the data storage devices are moved along two adjacent fixing members, the head portions are slid in the corresponding sliding grooves.

The rotating plate is pivotably mounted to a side of the opening of the server chassis. The rotating plate defines a plurality of first air holes therein. The sliding plate is slidably attached to the rotating plate. The sliding plate defines a plurality of second air holes therein. The resilient member includes two ends connected to the rotating plate and the sliding plate. The rotating plate can rotate and the sliding plate can slide when a functional module passes through the opening to enter into the server chassis. Thereby, he second air holes of the sliding plate are aligning with the first air holes of the rotating plate.
