A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material which has superior fastness to both heat and light, exhibits absorption desirable from the viewpoint of color reproduction, and has superior color forming property is disclosed which comprises a support having thereon a cyan dye forming coupler represented by the following general formula (I) and a cyan dye forming coupler represented by the following general formula (II): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.4 each represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, aryl or heterocyclic group, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.5 each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or aryl group, R.sup.6 represents a group with which a benzene ring can be substituted, X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 each represents a group which can be released upon an oxidative coupling reaction with a developing agent, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 may combine together to form a 5-membered or 6-membered ring, and n represents an integer of 1 to 5.

A color photographic light-sensitive element is described comprising a support having thereon a silver halide emulsion layer containing therein a 3-anilino-5-pyrazolone magenta color-forming coupler represented by formula (I) ##STR1## wherein X represents a halogen atom or an alkoxy group; Ar represents an aryl group; R.sub.1 represents hydrogen, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or an alkylthio group; Y represents a non-metallic atomic group forming a 5-membered or 6-membered ring together with the ##STR2## group, except that Y does not include a carbonyl group; and Z represents hydrogen or a coupling-off group.The magenta color images obtained after color development processing of the color photographic light-sensitive element have an excellent light-fastness, and the formation of yellow stain in the unexposed areas thereof is prevented.

A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material and a process for preparing the same are disclosed wherein an oil-soluble photographic additive and, in particular, a cyan coupler is dissolved in an epoxy compound of the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 each represents an alkyl group or substituted alkyl group containing 1 to 40 carbon atoms, an alkoxycarbonyl group or substituted alkoxycarbonyl group containing 1 to 40 carbon atoms, or a hydrogen atom, provided that R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 do not represent hydrogen atoms at the same time and that the sum of the number of carbon atoms of R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 is 8 to 60, and R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 may be the same or different and may combine to form a ring; or in an epoxy compound formed by linking two compounds of said formula (I) which may be the same or different through any of R.sub.1 to R.sub.4 or the ring formed by R.sub.1 to R.sub.4.

A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having coated thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer, the silver halide color photographic material containing a photographic cyan dye forming coupler represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, heterocyclic group or a substituted amino group; R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, which may be the same or different, each represents an aliphatic group, an aromatic group or a heterocyclic group, or R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 may combine with each other to form a ring; and X represents a group capable of beiing released upon an oxidative coupling with a developing agent (including a hydrogen atom).The photographic cyan dye forming coupler has a high color forming rate and provides a high maximum color density even when a color developing solution which does not contain benzyl alcohol is used, and exhibits substantially no reduction in color density in the case of processing in a bleaching solution having a weak oxidation power or an exhausted bleaching solution.The silver halide color photographic material containing the photographic cyan dye forming coupler can provide color images having excellent fastness and color reproducibility and less stain in white background area.

A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material comprising a support and red-sensitive, green-sensitive and blue-sensitive light-sensitive layers formed on the support. The light-sensitive layers separately contain a coupler of formula (I), a coupler of formula (II) or (III), and a coupler of formula (IV). ##STR1## This novel combination of couplers leads to good color formability, improved color reproducibility, improved image preservability and good color balance.
