    摘要: The present invention incorporates a control mechanism in an input buffer for a gate array so that the input buffer may be directly enabled or disabled by a control signal. Hence, no power will be wasted by the unnecessary operation of gates internal to the input buffer or subsequent stages. The method of control is to couple a common control signal to one input port of each of a plurality of two-input AND gates and couple an incoming data signal to the other input port of each of the two-input AND gates. The AND gates function as input buffers and the outputs of the AND gates are applied to the subsequent stage (e.g., a gate array). Thus, a LOW control signal disables the AND gate input buffers and subsequent stages coupled to the outputs of the AND gates, regardless of whether the incoming data signals are of a HIGH or LOW state.

    摘要: An imaging apparatus has a grip portion, a camera portion, and a monitor portion for displaying an image captured by the camera portion. The camera portion has an imaging optical system and an imaging device for capturing the image of a subject guided by the imaging optical system. The grip portion has a grip casing resembling a flat plate. The casing has a width greater than its thickness and a length greater than the width. The camera portion is connected to a longitudinal end of the grip casing rotatably about a first axis extending along the width. The monitor portion is connected to the camera portion so as to be rotatable together with the camera portion about the first axis and is connected rotatably about a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. The imaging optical system of the camera portion has an optical axis located on the first axis.

A remote control device 1 includes a main body unit 2 having an actuating portion 4 for actuating the electrical equipment 10, an infrared light emitting portion 5 for radiating the infrared light for controlling the electrical equipment and a display unit 6 for demonstrating the information at least displaying the operating state of the electrical equipment. The remote control device 1 also includes a loading unit 3 connected to the main body unit 2 and which is adapted for being worn on or detached from the arm or the wrist of a user. A power source for furnishing the electric power to at least the actuating portion 4, light emitting portion 5 and the display unit 6 is provided within the interior of the loading unit 3.
