Abstract: A ventilating device is disclosed. The device includes a bag-shaped body with an upper part open using a first guiding sheet and a second guiding sheet. An attachment device attaches the bag-shaped body to the helmet. An air blower takes in outside air into the bag-shaped body and sends it out to a side of an open portion of the bag-shaped body. The second guiding sheet is located on a side of a human body and the first guiding sheet is located on an outer side, the air taken into the bag-shaped body is led to the open portion of the bag-shaped body along the first guiding sheet and the second guiding sheet and introduced into the helmet through an air inlet formed between an inner edge of the helmet located close to the open portion and a head of a user to ventilate the inside of the helmet.

Abstract: An air-conditioned clothing for use with a helmet which can be used when the helmet is worn as well as when the helmet is not worn, includes a clothing main body, at least one fan, an air blow-out unit, a guide sheet and an attachment unit. The air is made to flow through an air flow path by the at least one fan and the flowing air evaporates sweat coming out from a body to cool the body with heat of evaporation and in a case where the helmet is worn, the air which blows out from the air blow-out unit is guided to the helmet by the guide sheet and taken into the helmet from an air intake which is formed between an inner edge of the helmet and the head of the user in order to circulate the air inside the helmet.

Abstract: Provided is a portable rechargeable power supply device such that major accidents such as from overcharging due to a hazard prevention means being damaged by rain water, or the like can be prevented from occurring. This portable rechargeable power supply device comprises a lithium-ion battery (11), an assembled circuit board (20), and a case (40). Two terminals (31a, 31b), a hazard prevention circuit unit (26), and the like, are provided on the assembled circuit board (20). A terminal housing case portion (416) of the case (40) houses a first portion of the assembled circuit board (20), which is provided with the two terminals (31a, 31b). A main body housing case portion (417) of the case (40) houses the lithium-ion battery (11), and a second portion of the assembled circuit board (20), which is provided with the hazard prevention circuit unit (26), and the like. The terminal housing case portion (416) and the main body housing case portion (417) are separated by a divider plate (414) and a shelving plate (415a). A gap between the divider plate (414) and the assembled circuit board (20) is closed by a gasket member (61).
