Abstract: Provided is a customizable surgical bone-cutting jigsaw puzzle-type guide device. The customizable surgical bone-cutting jigsaw puzzle-type guide device includes: a main guide portion that includes a main contact surface lengthily formed along a required main incision line of a bone to be cut and shaped to be brought into contact with the bone, and a main guide surface forming a guide line together with the main contact surface along the same line as the main incision line and shaped to be brought into contact with a cutting blade for guiding the movement of the cutting blade during cutting of the bone; and a connection portion extending from the main guide portion and connected to a side of the bone such that the main guide portion may be supported on the bone, the connection portion being configured to be detachably attached to the side of the bone.

Abstract: Provided is a technique for deriving a mathematical function for defining arterial and venous blood flow in the body by using a four-dimensional medical image. A method of analyzing blood flow by using a medical image according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: determining a position of a blood vessel from four-dimensional medical image data that is obtained by combining data of three-dimensional medical images of a patient's body captured at a preset period; deriving a primary function for an arterial input function and a venous output function by using a vascular signal in a head region and a vascular signal in a heart region from among vascular signals included in three-dimensional medical image data for the position of the blood vessel determined in the determining; and deriving a secondary function that is a final function for the arterial input function and the venous output function by using the primary function and a vascular signal in a neck region.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for inducing differentiation, into chondrocytes, of cord blood mononuclear cell-derived induced pluripotent stem cells. In a case where a chondrogenic pellet produced by the method of the present invention is transplanted into a cartilage damage area in vivo, regeneration of cartilage can be effectively exhibited by differentiated chondrocytes. In such a case, an effective cartilage regeneration capacity can be exhibited as compared with a case where chondrocytes produced by differentiation induction with the addition of a recombinant growth factor are transplanted. Thus, the present invention can be usefully used for tissue engineering therapies.
