Abstract:
A planar illumination device includes at least one light source, a housing structure, at least one light guide plate, and at least one light exiting surface. The at least one light source is received in the housing structure. The housing structure includes at least one light emitting surface through which the light emitted from the at least one light source exits the at least one housing. The at least one light guide plate includes at least one light incidence surface through which the light enters into the at least one light guide plate, and contacts with the at least one light emitting surface. The light exits the at least one light guide plate through the at least one light exiting surface. The at least one light exiting surface includes a plurality of continuously connected bulge points formed thereon.
Abstract:
An exemplary method for jointing a semiconductor element and a heat pipe includes: providing a heat pipe shell which has an open end; forming a capillary structure layer on an inner wall of the heat pipe shell; jointing a semiconductor element with the heat pipe shell by metal jointing; injecting a working fluid into the heat pipe shell and discharging air or gas from the heat pipe shell; and sealing the open end of the heat pipe shell.
Abstract:
A logo display includes a light guide plate and a light source. The light guide plate includes a light incident surface and a light output surface. The light output surface has a logo pattern and a number of microstructures thereon. The microstructures are arranged along a contour of the logo pattern. The light source is arranged adjacent to the light incident surface and configured for emitting light beams. The microstructures are structured and arranged in a manner such that the light beams exiting from the output surface illuminate the logo pattern and the microstructures, and the light intensity at the microstructures is greater than that at the logo pattern, thus producing a stereoscopic logo pattern.
