    Abstract: An injection mold for molding a product which has a gap and an inserting groove at a side thereof includes a movable mold and a stationary mold. A fillister is designed in an inner sidewall of the inserting groove. The stationary mold includes an inclined pillar slantwise mounted in the stationary mold. The movable mold includes a movable core and a sliding mechanism which includes a sliding block, a preventing board and a sliding element. The preventing board is further inserted in the sliding block therein. The sliding block is parted from the product to form the gap, for assisting the sliding element to be parted from the product to form the inserting groove and the fillister under the drive of the inclined pillar and the inner end face of the sliding block acting on the other end of the sliding element, when the injection mold is opened.

    Abstract: An injection mold for molding a product having at least one bar formed at one side thereof. The injection mold includes a stationary mold including an inclined pillar and a movable mold including a movable core and a sliding block mounted on a top thereof. The inclined pillar inserted in the sliding block to drive the sliding block to slide towards or away from the movable core. A shaping cavity for molding the product is formed among the movable core, the sliding block and the stationary mold. The end surface of the sliding block further defines at least one shaping groove connected with the shaping cavity for molding the bar. The movable mold further includes an ejector pin and a maintaining pillar.     Abstract: An injection mold for molding a product having a barb at a bottom thereof includes a stationary mold, a movable mold, an ejector pin and a sliding mechanism. The sliding mechanism includes a sliding block mounted on the movable mold, a spring contracted between the sliding block and the movable mold, and a locating element vertically inserted in the spring. A top end of the locating element stretches in the receiving cavity. A corner of the sliding block defines a nick connected for molding the barb. When the injection mold is opened, the sliding block moves upward under the bounce thrust of the spring to make the product parted from the top of the movable mold. An elastic retraction area is accordingly formed between the product and the movable mold for assisting the ejector pins to eject the barb out of the sliding block.

    Abstract: A mold assembly having an ejection mechanism is disclosed and has a female mold, a male mold, a lower fixing plate, an upper ejection plate, at least one upper ejection pin, a lower ejection plate, at least one lower ejection pin and at least one process control mechanism.     Abstract: Disclosed is a mold with sliders employed for molding a plastic product having a first lateral bulge and a second lateral bulge in different directions.     Abstract: An injection mold for molding a product having a hook portion includes a stationary mold, a return pin, a movable mold, an ejector mechanism and a plurality of ejector pins for ejecting the product out of the injection mold. The movable mold defines an inserting perforation, a receiving groove and a receiving gap. The ejector mechanism includes a slide block located in the receiving groove, a supporting bar stretching into the receiving groove, and an inclined ejector pin having a tail at a top thereof movably inserted in the inserting perforation and fastened on the slide block. The slide block is pressed downward by the return pin when the injection mold is closed.
