    摘要: An injection molding tool comprising two mold parts arranged for mutual movement along a tool axis between a closed position and an open position. The injection molding tool comprises a first mold core having a mounting end and a core end. Each of the two mold parts, in the closed position, form a mold cavity and a socket adapted for holding the mounting end between the two mold parts, and for releasing the mounting end in the open position. The core end of the first mold core in the closed position, extends along a core axis from the mounting end and into the mold cavity in a transverse direction with respect to the direction of the tool axis, so that the mold cavity forms a tubular space extending axially along the core axis between both of the two mold parts and the core end of the mold core part.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a syringe with an integrated closure element, which method comprises the following method steps:



    a) making available an injection moulding tool which comprises a first, a second and a third tool portion, wherein the first tool portion has a mould cavity open at both sides and extending along an axial direction (X), and wherein the second tool portion has a first injection moulding core and the third tool portion has a second injection moulding core;
    b) closing the injection moulding tool such that the first tool portion contacts the second and third tool portion, and the first and second injection moulding core each enter the mould cavity of the first tool portion through an opening and finally contact each other, as a result of which these tool portions form a first structural cavity;
    c) injecting a first plastic material into the first structural cavity, as a result of which a hollow cylindrical syringe body is formed with an end region at its distal end, wherein the end region has an attachment element, provided with an inner thread, and a hollow cylindrical endpiece which is at least partially bounded by the attachment element;
    d) cooling the tool portions, as a result of which the syringe body cools and hardens;
    e) bringing the first tool portion into contact with a fourth tool portion provided with a mould cavity closed at one end, as a result of which a second structural cavity is formed at the distal end of the syringe body;
    f) injecting a second plastic material into the second structural cavity, as a result of which the closure element is integrally formed on the attachment element, wherein the first and the second plastic material do not enter into a cohesive connection.

    摘要: An injection molding apparatus according to an embodiment is configured to mold a thermoplastic resin into a thick-walled component by injection molding. The injection molding apparatus includes a mold having a cavity and a core; and a controller configured to control an operation of the mold. The controller is capable of performing a filling and pressure holding process of filling the thermoplastic resin between the cavity and the core in a state in which a distance between the cavity and the core is increased, and a cooling and solidifying process of cooling and solidifying the filled thermoplastic resin while pressurizing the filled thermoplastic resin by decreasing the distance between the cavity and the core. The controller stacks the thermoplastic resin by performing an operation set including the filling and pressure holding process and the cooling and solidifying process a plurality of times.

    摘要: An undercut processing mechanism is attached to and used in a molding die for forming a molded product having an undercut portion and allows the undercut portion, projecting in a direction intersecting a demolding direction of the molded product, to be demolded. The undercut processing mechanism includes: a holder attached to the molding die so as to be movable in a demolding direction of the molded product P; a sliding piece slidable relative to the holder and configured to form the undercut portion; and a retaining piece fixed to the molding die or formed so as to be integrated with the molding die, which retaining piece slidably retains the sliding piece. In demolding the molded product, the sliding piece moves in the direction in which the undercut portion can be demolded, by moving the holder in the demolding direction of the molded product.
