摘要： A small form-factor pluggable metal cage has two sidewalls, a sidewall cover, a top plate, a soleplate and rear cover, which are made of a single piece of metal plate. Two types of legs extend from the cage, one being compliant type for extending through the board holes defined in a printed circuit board (PCB) and the other being piggy type abutting against the board. The compliant legs define two arc sections for stability and preventing the cage from disengaging from the PCB during the course of reflowing. The rear cover includes an inner panel extending from the second sidewall with a tab formed on a free end to engage a notch defined in the first sidewall. An outer panel extends from the top plate. The outer panel defines a slot for engaging a clasp of the inner panel. Two patches respectively extend from the sidewalls and are located above the inner panel.

摘要： An optical transceiver module comprises a base having a bottom plate and two side walls extending upward from the bottom plate, each side wall having a reception socket formed therein. A latch is resiliently and removably fixed to the reception socket and includes a deformable portion extending out of the reception socket. An interconnection bracket : positioned in the base, removable in vertical direction and fixed in horizontal direction with respect to the base. Two diodes are fixed in the interconnection bracket. A circuit board is fixed to the interconnection bracket and solder to the diodes.

摘要： A cable connector for connecting a plurality of coaxial cables to a printed circuit board comprises an insulative housing mounted on a printed circuit board, a plurality of signal terminals, a grounding terminal and a snap cover secured on the housing. The housing defines a plurality of first receiving portions for receiving the coaxial cables. Each signal terminal comprises a solder portion soldered on the printed circuit board and a contact portion extending into the corresponding first receiving portion of the housing. The grounding terminal received in the housing comprises a plurality of solder sections soldered to the printed circuit board and a plurality of tabs extending into the first receiving portions for connecting with metal braids of the coaxial cables, establishing grounding connections. The snap cover defines a plurality of second receiving portions corresponding to the first receiving portions of the housing. The coaxial cables are clamped between the first receiving portions and the second receiving portions thereby pressing conductors of the coaxial cables to contact the contact portion of corresponding signal terminals and preventing displacement of the coaxial cables from the cable connector.

摘要： A connector assembly comprises a first connector and a second connector, with a printed circuit board located therebetween. The first connector comprises a first mating housing and a socket integrally connected to the first mating housing. The second connector comprises a second mating housing, a first board lock and a second board lock integrally connected to the second mating housing. The printed circuit board defines a first hole, a second hole and a third hole in such locations respectively corresponding to the locations of the second mating housing, the second board lock, and the first board lock. The second connector is fixed to the printed circuit board and the first connector by engaging the first board lock with the third hole of the printed circuit board, rendering the second mating housing of the second connector to be engaged with the first mating housing of the first connector, rendering the second board lock to extend through the second hole and finally to be retained in the socket of the first connector.
