摘要： 14-Hydroxy-6-oxamorphinans and 14-hydroxy-6-oxaisomorphinans optionally substituted in the 3-, 7- and 17-positions have been found to possess potent analgetic, narcotic antagonist, antitussive and/or ADH inhibitory activity. The compounds are prepared by total synthesis and are not derived from opium alkaloids.
