Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a manufacturing method and a display device. Abstract: A touch layer includes an effective touch structure and an insulating layer. The effective touch structure includes first touch bars extending substantially in a same direction, and second touch bars extending substantially in a same direction. The first touch bars cross the second touch bars and are insulated from the second touch bars; the first touch bars are divided into first touch groups, and at least two first touch bars included in a first touch group are electrically connected to each other; and the second touch bars are divided into second touch groups, and at least two second touch bars included in a second touch group are electrically connected to each other. Abstract: A display substrate has a main display region and a light-transmissive display region.
