摘要: A foldable display device is capable of improving a strength of a folding area and substantially reducing or minimizing a dead space of a non-folding area. The foldable display device includes: a display panel including a folding area and a non-folding area, and having a front surface and a back surface that are opposite each other; a window adjacent the front surface of the display panel; an auxiliary layer adjacent the back surface of the display panel; a first adhesive layer between the display panel and the window; and a second adhesive layer between the display panel and the auxiliary layer. A width of the window at the folding area is greater than a width of the window at the non-folding area.

摘要: It is an object to provide a flexible light-emitting device with long lifetime in a simple way and to provide an inexpensive electronic device with long lifetime using the flexible light-emitting device. A flexible light-emitting device is provided, which includes a substrate having flexibility and a light-transmitting property with respect to visible light; a first adhesive layer over the substrate; an insulating film containing nitrogen and silicon over the first adhesive layer; a light-emitting element including a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and an EL layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; a second adhesive layer over the second electrode; and a metal substrate over the second adhesive layer, wherein the thickness of the metal substrate is 10 μm to 200 μm inclusive. Further, an electronic device using the flexible light-emitting device is provided.

摘要: Sub-pixel circuits and methods of forming sub-pixel circuits that may be utilized in an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display are described herein. The overhang structures are permanent to the sub-pixel circuit. The overhang structures include a conductive oxide. A first configuration of the overhang structures includes a base portion and a top portion with the top portion disposed on the base portion. In a first sub-configuration, the base portion includes the conductive oxide of at least one of a TCO material or a TMO material. In a second sub-configuration, the base portion includes a metal alloy material and the conductive oxide of a metal oxide surface. A second configuration of the overhang structures includes the base portion and the top portion with a body portion disposed between the base portion and the top portion. The body portion includes the metal alloy body and the metal oxide surface.

摘要: A display device includes a display panel having a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, and a decorative film disposed on the display panel. The decorative film includes a porous layer disposed on the display panel and including a plurality of pores, and a decorative layer which overlaps the non-display area and is disposed in the porous layer. Accordingly, the decorative layer which is partially disposed is formed in the porous layer so that a step caused by the decorative layer is not formed or minimized to reduce the thickness of the decorative film. As a result, the design the display device can be slim, and a flexible display device with an excellent folding reliability can be provided based on the display device.

摘要: The present application discloses a first aspect provides a quantum dot light-emitting diode, including: a cathode and an anode which are oppositely arranged; a quantum dot light-emitting layer arranged between the cathode and the anode; and a stacked layer arranged between the cathode and the quantum dot light-emitting layer. A stacked layer includes: a first metal oxide nanoparticle layer, and a mixed material layer arranged on a surface of the first metal oxide nanoparticle layer far away from the quantum dot light-emitting layer. The mixed material layer includes: first metal oxide nanoparticles, and a second metal oxide dispersed among gaps of the first metal oxide nanoparticles. First metal oxide nanoparticles in the first metal oxide nanoparticle layer serve as an electron transport material. A content of the second metal oxide in the mixed material layer gradually increases in a direction from the quantum dot light-emitting layer to the cathode.

摘要: Display layers and touch sensor layers may be overlapped by enclosure walls in an electronic device. The electronic device may have a front wall and opposing rear wall and curved sidewalls. The front wall and the curved sidewalls may be formed from a glass layer or other transparent member. A touch sensor layer and display layer may extend under the glass layer with curved sidewalls. A touch sensor layer may also extend under the opposing rear wall. A foldable electronic device may have a flexible transparent wall portion that joins planar transparent walls. Components may be interposed between the transparent planar walls and opaque walls. Display and touch layers may be overlapped by the transparent walls and the transparent flexible wall portion. Touch sensor structures may also be overlapped by the opaque walls.

摘要: An OLED device includes a substrate having a display region including a pixel region and first and second peripheral regions surrounding the pixel region. A bending region is between the display region and the second peripheral region. A buffer layer has a first opening exposing an upper surface of the substrate. A plurality of pixel structures is disposed in the pixel region on the buffer layer. An insulation layer structure is disposed on the buffer layer. The insulation layer structure has a second opening exposing an upper surface of the substrate that is disposed in the bending region and a first portion of the buffer layer that is disposed adjacent to the bending region. A fan-out wiring is disposed between two adjacent insulation layers of the plurality of insulation layers. The fan-out wiring is disposed in the first peripheral region and/or the second peripheral region.
