Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. In the present invention, transmitted downlink control information at least comprises one or more of the following information fields: a first information field used for indicating the frequency domain resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, a second information field used for indicating the time frequency resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, and a third information field used for indicating the scheduled N users. As the resource size occupied by the transmission resources in the frequency domain and/or in the time domain is indicated by means of the downlink control information, transmission of downlink control information can be implemented in flexible resource allocation scenarios having variable transmission time intervals.

Abstract: A method of sending an uplink control channel and a device thereof, a method of receiving an uplink control channel and a device thereof, a terminal and a base station are provided. The method of sending an uplink control channel includes: determining a plurality of target slots for sending uplink control information to be fed back, where the uplink control information to be fed back is sent in the target slots through an uplink control channel; acquiring a transmission duration or format of the uplink control channel carrying the uplink control information to be fed back in each of the target slots, where the transmission duration or format of the uplink control channel in every target slot is the same; and sending the uplink control channel carrying the uplink control information to be fed back in each of the target slots, according to the determined transmission duration or format of the uplink control channel.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a data transmission method and device. The method comprises: a base station sends a signaling notification to a terminal, so that the terminal determines, according to the signaling notification, whether a pilot signal of data transmitted using a second transmission time interval exists within a first transmission time interval, wherein the first transmission time interval is shorter than the second transmission time interval, or the priority of a service carried by the first transmission time interval is higher than the priority of a service carried by the second transmission time interval, there is a resource overlap between the first transmission time interval and the second transmission time interval, and the terminal using the first transmission time interval for data transmission knows a pilot signal location of the data transmitted using the second transmission time interval; and the base station performing transmission according to a pilot signal resource location of the second transmission time interval. The present application can ensure that a receiving end for other service transmissions can use a pilot signal for data demodulation, thereby avoiding the waste of resources caused by the destruction of the pilot signal.
