A soldering fastening element, a structure thereof and a method for soldering the soldering fastening element to a circuit board are introduced. The soldering fastening element is soldered to a first circuit board so as for a second board to be coupled thereto. The soldering fastening element includes a body soldered to the first circuit board, a head for fastening the second board in place, and a neck which connects the body and the head. When in use, the soldering fastening element is contained in a carrier, taken out of the carrier with an automated tool, transferred to the first circuit board, and heated through a solder layer on the first circuit board such that the body gets soldered to the first circuit board to form a module member. Therefore, the second board gets coupled to the first circuit board through the head and neck.

A fastening device includes a head member and a body member. The head member has a stem portion provided with a fastening section; and the body member is movably assembled to the head member and includes an elastic fastening section for engaging with a first workpiece. To connect the first workpiece to a second workpiece, simply fasten the fastening section of the stem portion to the second workpiece. To disconnect the first workpiece from the second workpiece, simply release the fastening section from the second workpiece. With these arrangements, it is able to quickly connect and easily disconnect two workpieces to and from one another.

A fixing assembly and a fastener structure thereof are introduced. The fastener structure includes an engaging member and a mating member connected together. The fixing assembly includes a fastening member and the fastener structure. The fastening member includes sequentially connected head portion, assembling section and fastening section, while the assembling section is assembled to the engaging member. A method of assembling the fixing assembly is also introduced, according to which the engaging member is first connected to the mating member, the assembling section of the fastening member is then forced through an insertion-hole section of the engaging member to be assembled thereto, and finally, a first inner retaining section of the mating member is movably connected to an outer retaining section of a locating member, which is connected to a workpiece. Therefore, the fixing assembly and the fastener structure thereof have a simple structure and can be easily completed.

A roller structure and method of using the same are introduced. The roller structure includes a first sleeve having a mounting portion for mounting a roller portion and a first connection portion for mounting a carried object, wherein the roller portion is disposed at the mounting portion; and a positioning element disposed at the first sleeve and the roller portion to cause the roller portion to rotate relative to the mounting portion. The roller structure can be conveniently and quickly amounted on the carried object, roller frame or circuit board such that roller structure gets standardized and modularized to serve an industrial purpose and provides rollers rotatable in all directions and suitable for use in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes and automated assembly operation.

A wrench quick release apparatus includes a sleeve, a positioning unit, a wrench unit and an elasticity unit. The sleeve includes a channel and an engaging section for engaging to a first plate. The positioning unit inserts in the channel of the sleeve, and includes one end inserted through the first plate and an opposite end protrudes out from the channel of the sleeve. The wrench unit is pivotally connected to the positioning unit and protrudes out from one end of the sleeve. The elasticity unit includes one end pushed against the positioning unit and an opposite end pushed against the sleeve. Accordingly, the wrench quick release apparatus is first engaged to the first plate through the sleeve and then engaged to or disengaged from a second plate.

A grooved rotatably fastening structure includes, in top-to-bottom sequence, a head, a shaft connected to the head, and a fastening portion connected to the shaft. The fastening portion has a first groove and a second groove. The first groove is concavely disposed on a lateral surface of the fastening portion and extends upward from a bottom of the fastening portion. The second groove is concavely disposed on the lateral surface of the fastening portion and extends from the first groove transversely or obliquely. The first groove and the second groove are in communication. The rotatably fastening structure enables users to connect two objects together quickly without compromising the structural strength of the two objects and is applicable to thin objects.
