Abstract: A control unit causes a transfer machine to execute a first article take-out operation by moving a locking part to a depth-direction near side with the locking part locked to a rear surface portion of a first article; and a second article position adjustment operation of moving the locking part disposed between the first article and a second article in the depth direction toward a far side to a position corresponding to a front surface portion of the second article located at a second article proper position, and the control unit is configured to, after the locking part has been disposed between the first article and the second article during execution of the first article take-out operation using the transfer machine, cause the transfer machine to execute the second article position adjustment operation, and to complete the first article take-out operation upon completion of the second article position adjustment operation.

Abstract: An article transport facility includes a main conveyor device and induction conveyors. The main conveyor device includes belt conveyors and carriage bodies. The induction conveyor includes a first conveyor device for loading article onto a second transport path and a second conveyor device that is provided for an article-loading position on a transport path and loads the article onto the belt conveyor. The first conveyor device adjusts the timing of loading the article to the article-loading position, by controlling the timing of loading the article onto the second conveyor device. The second conveyor device adjusts, on the belt conveyors, loading position of the article loaded onto the belt conveyor by controlling the timing of loading the article onto the belt conveyor.

Abstract: Provided is an article transport apparatus which can transfer an article to a transfer target portion at a low height. A movable member having a support portion includes a transfer mechanism for moving an article between the support portion and a transfer target portion. The transfer mechanism includes an interlocking portion capable of being interlocked with an article along the front-and-back direction, a first guide portion for guiding the interlocking portion along the front-and-back direction, and a second actuator for moving the interlocking portion along the front-and-back direction. The transfer mechanism moves an article between the support portion and the transfer target portion by moving the interlocking portion along the front-and-back direction. The first guide portion and the second actuator are located higher than an article supported by the support portion.

Abstract: A conveyor system for conveying an article that is stored while being suspended from a rail, the conveyor system including a bag having a body and a suspending member that suspends the body, and reorienting devices that reorient the bag. The bag has an opening on the body such that the article is dropped into and discharged from the opening. The reorienting devices include engaging members that are engaged with the body. The engaging members are engaged with the interior of the body so as to reorient the body from at least one of an orientation for conveying the article to an orientation for dropping the article into the opening or from the orientation for conveying the article to an orientation for discharging the article from the opening.

Abstract: A control apparatus monitors an amount of time that has elapsed since an article was stored at a first storage position or an amount of positional misalignment from a reference position of the article stored at the first storage position. This amount of time is a monitoring target amount, and the control apparatus monitors the monitoring target amount for each of multiple storage sections and causes a conveying apparatus to execute correction processing with a storage section in which the monitoring target amount has exceeded the set threshold as a target storage section. Correction processing is used for correcting the position of only the target article stored at a first storage position in a target storage section relative to a reference position.
