    Abstract: A blur correction device includes: a sensor; a mechanical blur correction device; an electronic blur correction circuit that corrects the blurring by performing image processing on an image obtained through imaging of the imaging apparatus; and a supplementary blur correction circuit that, in a case where the mechanical blur correction device and the electronic blur correction circuit are shared and operated at a predetermined ratio during the exposure, corrects the blurring by applying, to the image, a filter that removes noise which appears in the image.

    Abstract: A control apparatus includes a processor that controls a surveillance camera. The processor enables switching between a first surveillance mode in which the surveillance camera is caused to perform imaging to acquire a first captured image and an imaging range is changed according to a given instruction, and a second surveillance mode in which the surveillance camera is caused to perform imaging to acquire a second captured image, a trained model that has been trained through machine learning is used to detect an object that appears in the second captured image, and the imaging range is changed according to a detection result, and outputs the first captured image acquired in the first surveillance mode as a teacher image for the machine learning.

    Abstract: Provided are an image processing device capable of performing compression processing on a video captured in each video capturing mode according to a first video capturing mode and a second video capturing mode with different capturing conditions. A possible range of a quantization parameter applied in a case where the video is compressed is made different in the first video capturing mode and the second video capturing mode with different capturing conditions. The quantization parameter is determined within a first range in a case of the first video capturing mode, and the quantization parameter is determined within a second range narrower than the first range in a case of the second video capturing mode. In particular, a second upper limit value of the second range is smaller than a first upper limit value of the first range, and a second lower limit value of the second range is larger than a first lower limit value of the first range.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an image processing device and an image processing method capable of removing haze (reducing the effect of haze) without losing detail of a high-luminance subject. In the aspect of the present invention, the input image I is represented by I=J·t+A·(1−t) where an original image is J, an atmospheric light pixel value is A, and a transmittance is t. In this case, a dark channel value D of each pixel of the input image I is calculated, and is associated with the transmittance t having a value monotonically decreasing for each pixel of which D ranges from 0 to 1 and associated with the transmittance t having a value monotonically increasing for each pixel which corresponds to haze and of which D ranges from 1 to Dmax. In such a manner, the original image J is generated as a corrected image.
